The Wet N Wild liner I bought wasn't dry but I didn't like it too much. It dries up really fast on the brush while you're working with it and it gets difficult to smudge and blend. It looks and feels waxy and not so creamy. I have the L'oreal HIP but they are in no way the same like I've heard alot of people say. The look is gorgeous and I also love fall and espcecially for the makeup. I miss the dark colors! Thanks for the video; it was absolutely beautiful!
