A very well put-together video with plenty of demonstration and also of how it all works. A mate of mine has one not unlike this, though the quail sounds a bit raspy (put another way one that sounds like it's smoked 40-a-day for the past 40 years!)

this is kinda obvious and on some theres cords attached to those wire shafts that come through the bottom of the clock to allow you to do this externally.
