I'm not sure but I know that Disney World does this.

Actually, Monkeeperson's are more accurate for Disney World. Disneyland does not hire under 18, but they definitely hire over.

And, yes, one Hatter did quit a few months ago. Another of our Hatters is also in Paris at the moment, and we're unsure of his return, so I suppose they're bringing in new people.
