there are legal places. Like building sites. Better no to go on your own. Find a crew, create a community, or take a friend with you, so someone can cover you back just in case, or if you made your mind up for illegal stuff. In the second case, well yeah, you'll have to run away from some troubles and learn parkour and fast running lol. Don't show your face as well, wear bandanas/hoodies/masks, etc (anyway a part of the hip-hop culture). Interest is the most important, good luck.
