  • palin, gleen rice, neocons...for war with Iran...and Newt...and Hillary....and Bush....hi sir...

  • I didn't get the memo...when exactly did simply electing more republicans become the tea-party mission? The propaganda is very sophisticated, people on the left thing people on the right are dumb and visa versa, but thats the whole game, to keep us divided and distracted while the powers that be continue to rape us and our future

  • fox news hijacked the movement ron paul started, slapped a vague label on it so as to put everyone into a group that they could later define, redefine and manipulate. Its all about the perception of the tea-party to the opposition. Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin became the "leaders" of the tea party- that AUTOMATICALLY turns off anyone who calls themselves liberal or democrat who would have normally been receptive to these ideas, its just another left vs. right paradigm tool

  • @soundgarden21 You nailed it. I''ve always been a liberal independent who is open to fiscal conservatism...I've been moving toward libertarian as the libs and dems in gov't fail. I like Ron Paul, but I hate the Tea Party and the dynamics between the two are lost to me. What's going on??

  • @JennJenification There are basically two tea parties, the original one that Ron"s supporters started in 07 and the neocon backed pseudo tea party that fox pushes after the 08 election when the tea party kept growing in popularity. The quickest way to tell the difference is the neocon pseudo tea party still pushes endless wars n the patriot act. The original tea party that is really for small gov supports Ron Paul not any neocons.

  • Dr. Paul is right, we need more liberals like Ron and Rand Paul in the tea party. Palin is good for the tea party too, she is liberal enough. Its these conservatives like Romney, Boehner, Bachman, and Hannity who are messing us up.

  • Comment removed

  • @David12King I would, if you use the word liberal as Milton Friedman used it. Friedman called himself a liberal because he stood for liberty. The word liberal has been corrupted over the years to mean just the opposite of it's original meaning.

  • Oil tycoons= the heart

    Oil = Blood

    Banks= brains

and the right and the left are just 2 swinging arms on a body that we know as the SYSTEM.... It was all designed to create fighting amongst the people.....The government are only puppets ran by elites, Its all bullshit. Dont believe the mainstream media.

    WORLDWIDE INSUBORDINATION NOW!

  • CNN reported that the Tea Party movement was started by a woman. How ridiculous is that, when in fact I bought my three books from Ron Paul for his campaign for presidential election, just atleast I could support a very tiny bit of money for his campaign. Watching the mainstream, neocons, republicrats, and many naive citizens joining the Tea Party because they hate Obama, is pure absurd and ignorant. At very start, all people that supported Ron Paul were intellectual and advocate "individualism"

  • Im not going to lie palin has nice legs even though she is neocon scum.

  • Neocons can't catch Ron Paul supporters. Its Utopia. Libertarians are against Neocon/Globalism. This move was anticipated by libertarians, and Neocon supporters will know the truth...

  • Neoconservatives are trying to steal Ron Paul's supporters. Paul is strictly a non-interventionist, get the hell out neocons!

  • If they start burning down churches with children in them and confiscating guns its on.

  • 3 Tea partiers vs Paul

    1 Tea partier vs Rand

They really stabbed you libertarians in the back didn't they?

  • I am sick of all these fake ass Republicans claiming to be libertarians now. They are neocons infilitrating the Libertarian movement. Watch out! These same people shit on libertarians and Ron Paul for years. Fox News bashed Ron Paul for the past 8 years!

  • Comment removed

  • Ron Paul has been sh*t on by the GOP because the party still espouses the same neocon ideologies its embraced since the Reagan years. It's a real shame that the Tea Party has been hijacked by Palin, Steele and basically any neocon with a desire to elevate his or her status among conservatives.

  • The tea party movement is a group of moron's coming together to get an education in ignorance.

  • @franklindavid you can do better than that. Many tea party members are still strict constitutionalists but sadly many are also neo-conservatives. It's the same type of problem the anti-war movement had. Many members are truly sincere in their opinion while others are just playing party politics. Don't generalize the whole movement.

  • i wanted Ron paul for 2008 but his own party treated him like an outcast so that sucks. oh well. guess we'll see what obama has instore for us.

  • Ron Paul is the reason the Tea Parties exist. If you are against Ron Paul, then you are obviously not for Limited Constitutional Government. Neo-Cons, Get The Hell Out! No Big Government! It doesn't matter if it is Left or Right wing government, NO BIG GOVERNMENT! NO MONARCHY!

  • I love her so much .

  • Would be nice if Sarah Palin would get her sorry as out of the tea party. She is a dumb creationist idiot.

  • LOL, yeah she is being used...but not you a?

  • The democrats and republicans are trying to kill the tea party by labeling it. The truth is it's made up of republicans, democrats and independents that are fed up and pissed off at the current political system. If anything, it's an anti incumbent party.

  • @socalsir Yeah okay, it is a bunch of right wingers who are only mad when they lose an election.

  • evangilical christian big government republicans hate ron paul.

  • I hope conservatives see the difference in Ron Pauls policy and the other Mainstream Republican candidates. Palin, McCain, Romney...all are not much different than Bush and Obama. All are moderates with a pro war, pro bailout, pro tarp, pro foreign empire, pro welfare policy. Truthfully, there is not much difference in the democratic and republican policy at all. Only Ron Paul's policy would reflect real change, and I hope that the tea partiers and voters recognize this MAJOR difference in the 2

  • @dustinhill24

    Well said!

  • That all you got? Get your facts right? Gotta do better than that.

  • Ron Paul is an Ayn Rand, objectivist, libertarian. That means that he wants to set the corporations loose to rape, pillage, and plunder the American people. The 300lb. gorilla in the room is the idea that the government is not ours. Yes the influence goes with the corporation, but it is ours for the taking and the making of what is best for us. Repeal the Reagan tax cuts, reinstate Glasss-Stiegel, and bring back tariffs tied to a living wage.

  • wow get your facts right lol

  • @tombeardman

    LOL.

  • The Tea Party Movement never identified the ethnic/political group that is the cause of most of our country's ills. It should be no surprise that they were hijacked by them, and will be completely neutralized by them. You can't make any real progress being blind to the 2,000-lb gorilla in the room.

The Jewish Lobby can't even be directly named by Ron Paul, that's how strong a hold they have on our country.

  • @pk1225

Well said. google bush jews cabinet iraq war and you will see some links on how many jews work in the bush cabinet. Most of them wanted to invade iraq.

  • Well it was a good thing for a minute, then the Jews sent over their pro-Israel nutcases like Palin to force the TP in line with their agenda.

  • The Republican partisan mimicking of this grass roots, locally driven Tea Party Movement is simply designed to deface and deflate it.

The FOX Tea Parties are really P.E.A. Parties:

    Pushers of the - Establishment's - Agenda

  • Come on people get on the right side of liberty. Obama is blood related to George Bush Jr. and Dick Cheney. Wake up people and sheeple.

  • I don't understand why she did not interupt, or yell over him? I thought that was normal media reactions?

  • Maddow is such a cunt about so many things, but when she talks to Dr. Ron Paul, she seems so sweet and nice.

  • Always great to hear Dr.Paul.

Had any body notice that Rachel didn't interrupt Dr.Paul at all. Cool

  • Yes! I like that it is allowed to be more than just sound bites.

  • Yes... that's because Paul is an intelligent person who, agree or disagree with him, is looking to use politics to improve the world not win elections.

Contrast this with the Tea Parties, which are just masses of angry uninformed people who embrace conflicting and unimportant platforms, forward misguided and antiquated views, and worse. Fox likes them because these people are followers not leaders... ready to be molded to Fox's agenda.

Paul would do well to stand far from the TP crowd.

  • @jackster1212

    agree. love RP.

  • The way to balance the budget is to fix the broken economy.

Under Bill Clinton the economy was booming and by the end the budget was balanced.

That's what the President is trying to do. That's what the Republicans are trying to obstruct. Because if Obama succeeds like Clinton did, it helps the American People . . .

and it hurts the Republican Party.

  • Neocon high jacked the country and now they're high jacking the tea party

  • @benfaysal23. true man

  • Sarah Pale end is NO RON PAUL.

    They are light years away.

Thankyou Rachel. Sarah Pale end is the stupidest woman on earth. and an endorsement from her is horrible. I would rather have bush back than pale end. and that speaks volumes.

  • And on the day of the money bomb, you tube vid's on the doctor went from 30 per day to two, thats right. He was diminished on youtube also. Hey folks, remember the S.C. debates, he had 35% of the vote, against 6 other candidates!!! Hannity said it was fixed, folks were mass texting in votes, youtube vid's showed that u could only vote once. I love the tea party, I just know that the republican party is NOT TEA PARTY MATERIAL!!!

stephanopolus can kiss my ass too.

  • If I ever met Ron Paul I would beg and plead with him to change parties. The republican party is just so awful now (and I'm a registered republican.)

I saw a clip of Glenn Beck telling an audience that for the past 100 years, progressives have changed this country with a radical agenda. The truth is, it's the religious right who's done this. I've actually seen Glenn Beck fans tell me this country is founded on Christian principals, and the proof is "under God" in the pledge of allegiance.

  • me too lory, but I now consider myself progressive or independent. I do, however differ on healthcare. its socialized now, hell if your haitian you get healthcare, but an american citizen?, oh and seeing as your american we will charge so much for perscriptions that you can buy them cheaper outside this country. I'll take france's social medicine program thankyou, and I will pay for it. fuck big pharma, big insurance, and decentralized medicine, competition is good, unless your on the butt end

  • The Republican party could absorb the tea party movement--but it would destroy both.

  • What is Paul's thoughts on the supreme court decision with corporations?

  • Republicans are too evil to let him become thier nominee for president.

  • teaprty? ;p;

  • And all RP would have to do is lead. If he said, come the the real tea party convention, the people would come running in groves; leaving the republiCONS standing alone.

  • Rachel is a good journalist.

  • i love ron paul's ideas... the problem is I dont see him as a leader, because if he simply asked, then his supporters would have taken over the tea party convention

  • They are using the tea party, another way to get us to go along with the plan.

  • Ron Paul is the Libertarian/Conservative response to the abject totalitarian direction the neo-cons (who are RINOs) took this country for 8 years. You support the puppets and investment candidates that the establishment is putting forth then you will get screwed! There are the wise and the fools involved in everything.

  • @OmarThePug

Sorry, but you have to go all the way back to Gerald Ford if you're going to be looking for a fiscally conservative Republican president.

  • the only republican/conservative that makes any sense.

  • I'm a dyed in the wool leftie. I'd vote for Ron Paul any day.

  • It's amazing, Ron Paul is the true independent. He represents everything about staying true to your principles and sticking to your guns.

In my opinion the only people in government doing this are Ron Paul, and the progressive democrats he mentioned, like Anthony Weiner, Alan Grayson and Bernie Sanders...but there simply isn't enough of them. Hardly anyone in the congress or the senate have any true values.

  • Rachel Sees !

  • What a bunch of nonsense. The tea party movement is not behind Sarah Palin, they are behind Ron Paul. Ron Paul is the leader of this movement. He is the inspiration, and he always has been. End the Federal Reserve, restore constitutional money, and restore the republic. These are the ideas that started the tea party movement, and Ron Paul is the inspiration behind it. These Palin Parties are NWO b.s. trying to co-opt the NWO resisting real Tea Party Ron Paul Revolution because we ARE WINNING!!!!

  • You are right.

  • its over

  • No you already lost the movement.

It is sad, but it is how it is.

  • Actually, once Fox News took over the Tea Party they lost. The tea party is now a clearing house for all the right wing illiterate right wing whack jobs in the country who do whatever Glenn Beck tells them. Any Ron Paul supporters in the tea party movement will have to stage a revolution to take the movement back.

  • It is to bad becaus the Ron Paul supporters where over all nice people. It was not this "Liberals are going to a sodomize our freedoms" teaparty craziness that is happening now.

  • when they (the elite) cant control a movement they HIJACK IT

History as showed this over and over and over

  • I wouldn't be surprised if Ron Paul ran as a democrat next. LOL

  • I would be.

A lot of Progressive support his movement in its orginal form, but they would not vote for him.

He is to different from what they want and he could never get the rest of the DNC on his side.

  • Well, I know he'd never get the nomination. I'm just saying because he spent most the video positively talking about democrats.

  • Yeah i know, but that might also be becaus we are some of the last people he has left.

Some of his movement still out there, but the Neo-Cons have declared war on him, the independents don't really have a voice right now and that leaves the progressives.

    It is to bad.

  • I remember the moment I first took notice of Ron Paul. It's when Fox News immediately cut to a commercial when he started to speak at a live event.

Anyone Fox News censors must have a message that is strong and good for the country.

  • Hey Ronny!! How do you feel about Sarah Palin? Well umm lets see... Never answered the question. Or did he? He supports Palin and so does his son.

  • @LifeIsGood63 Actually,he's just being diplomatic as usual. He and his son don't agree on everything.

  • He did answer the question, he does not support her because she is pro war.

  • I'd like to hear a conversation between Ron Paul and Barack Obama. That's some bipartisanship I can definitely dig.

  • Last year MSNBC made a big deal about Rep. Steve King signing a sign at a Tea Party rally saying - "KEN-YA TRUST OBAMA"

Nobody made a peep to say that Ron Paul had signed it as well. Why is that? I like that Ron Paul is anti-war but I don't think he can be trusted.

He didn't think that sign would be shown on the news, did he? He did exactly what he's speaking out against here. Appealing to the neocons and birthers to win votes!

    KEN-YA TRUST RON PAUL?

  • What is there not to trust?

It doesnt matter who we trust

    if we cant trust him

  • "Nobody made a peep to say that Ron Paul had signed it as well."

Reality is that Ron Paul is a lame duck in the republican party, therefor things like this just... nobody gives a shit. They used (stole) his libertarian movement idea for themselves and NOW they are finally done with him.

Hence why they put up three competitors in Texas. They aren't Tea Party.. they are Republicans masquerading as libertarians because the Republican party has such a bad name and THEY KNOW IT.

  • racism in the tea party...pig shock lol.

  • 3 Tea partiers vs Paul

    1 Tea partier vs Rand

They really stabbed you libertarians in the back didn't they?

  • loolololol

  • See this is what is so horrible about the neocons and theocons. The reality is they aren't conservative they just want power. They hijacked the republican party and they are doing it again with the Ron Paul libertarian movement.

Just remember that after the 2008 election the number of people who identified themselves as republicans shrunk 20%. At the same time the number of people who identified as independents rose 20%. That is no coincidence.

    CONT.

  • Just realize there are more neo and theocons than the libertarians.

  • 3star2nr, FYI, he started the Tea Party movement BTW. Tea baggers? Nice insults bro. Ron Paul is right, the Neocons hijacked the Tea Party away from him.

    Time to teabag Sarah Palin!

  • ron paul dont please DONT tie your self to tea baggers your better than this

  • the baggers are ok.the neo-cons trying to hijack it are the fuckers.seems to me baggers are just regular people tired of getting screwed.baggers were placed in a negative spin by the msm.

check out the site- what really happened for some real news.

  • "the neo-cons trying to hijack it"

This 'party' has nothing to do with Ron Paul and never did. It was launched by that stock-ticker asshole from MSNBC that even Jim Cramer tried to distance himself from afterwards.

Fox saw that it was popular and successfully tapped into it and assimilated it Borg-style in the hopes of bringing their disillusioned voters back into the fold.

Has nothing, zippity zilch, to do with what Ron Paul was trying to do other than confuse people.

  • I'll agree.

    What asshole from msnbc?

just trying to get a good picture.

most things seem to be getting borg-style lately

  • Rick Santelli, one year ago.

    cnbc . com/id/15840232?video=1039849853

Rick doesn't feel the super-rich should have to pay for the chaos that the super-rich inflicted on the world in 2008.

He feels taxes are only for the little people, i.e. us.

  • @taxisgay12

    "Just regular people"

Just regular people, lead around and organized by massive Washington lobbyist shell companies.

    A crowd of useful idiots.

  • His son already has. Maybe now you will see that he is just as phoney as the rest.
