I visited Cambodia in May of this year (09). I was had no idea how seeing all of this would affect. I cried, prayed, and cried some more (I'm a 42 year old man). I visited a pharmacy that evening to get some meds so I could sleep through the night. That was the beginning a two month addiction to valium.
It's been 7 months since that trip. Since I've been home I've spent a week in a rehab hospital and attempted suicide. I will never visit another place like that again.

I've just returned from Cambodia and have seen S-21 and walked in the Killing Fields of the Khmer Rouge. Learning the story of Pol Pot and how he ended up murdering 2 million of his own people is eye-opening. He was an academic elitist who went off to University and studied the teachings of Mao, Stalin and others who believed in a socialist/communist utopia. I visited Cambodia in May of this year (09). I was had no idea how seeing all of this would affect. I cried, prayed, and cried some more (I'm a 42 year old man). I visited a pharmacy that evening to get some meds so I could sleep through the night. That was the beginning a two month addiction to valium.
It's been 7 months since that trip. Since I've been home I've spent a week in a rehab hospital and attempted suicide. I will never visit another place like that again.

I've just returned from Cambodia and have seen S-21 and walked in the Killing Fields of the Khmer Rouge. Learning the story of Pol Pot and how he ended up murdering 2 million of his own people is eye-opening. He was an academic elitist who went off to University and studied the teachings of Mao, Stalin and others who believed in a socialist/communist utopia. Scary to see many in our own government now following and espousing the same teachings! IDEAS HAVE CONSEQUENCES... God help us!

Until 10:30am on July 17th 1999 I didn't think there was a God Almighty and Eternal either. He then burst in, unannounced and set my soul free. I didn't want to be saved, didn't think I could be saved, but I was. Salvation belongs to the Lord Eternal and He proved this to me. That is the only reason I trust in Him, His revelation to me.
He didn't stand at the door gently knocking, He kicked it in!

Why didnt he announce himself to the 6 million jews who died in the Holocaust? Why didnt he announce himself to the 700,000 people who were butchered in Rwanda?
He doesnt exist, theres zero evidence.

As to the essential glory of God it can neither be augnmented ( by me) or diminished (by you). High and Mighty is the Eternal. amen.
