This has to be in the 6o's. Listen to the music and piano chords. Look at the hairstyles and fashions. Finally listen to James' voice, still young and strong. Great voice.
Sorry folks but not one person pictured is on this recording. The photo is that of the old Cleveland Singers. Clyde, Odessa, James, Roger & Charles. The vocals you hear is of James Cleveland & the Gospel Girls. Just want to keep the gospel record straight!
Hi all, from your left to right is Clyde Brown, Odessa McCastle,Rev. Cleveland,Roger Roberts and the person on the end was Charles Barnett. Charles was our pianist and sang falsetto. I love this song---Min. Gene Viale -James Cleveland Singer 64/65..this was recorded when I was in the US Army..
@MrDasher01 That's Odessa McCastle. To her left is Clyde Brown. To the right of James is Roger Robert and pianist/vocalist Charles (I think his last name was Ford). All are no longer living except for Brown who moved back to Cincy after the death of his mother, Ms. Lula Brown, of Lincoln Heights. Clyde sings lead on this particular album on "Trouble" "All Things Bright and Beautiful."
This makes me feel so good. Because I remember, as A really young little girl my sister played this song, I fell in Love then and the Love is still there! Thanks for posting this song.
I'm doing my homework and feeling BLESSED just to hear this song because through my trails i know i have to trust in Jesus. Even through the trails.....trust in Jesus cuz he will make a way
I love this song! I have the record for this song. Praise God, Praise God! He's the only one you can trust and know he will never fail you! He will make a way!! Thanks for posting this song!!!
Thanks for posting. I grew up on this song. It was my favorite when I was going through things. In the past year I could not find it anywhere. It's blessing me right now!
There is an awesome version of this song recorded by the Voices of Tabernacle which Rev. Cleveland also leads. Thank you for posting this version it is very nice
The famoous Rev James Cleveland left a legacy of his life and belief in god. I know he is smiling down on all that sing and play his music . It will live on forever.
Word from a young man just discovering James Cleveland recently. I remember some records being advertised on BET and other networks that featured him and other classic gospel records and thinking, "who in the world buys that junk?" Now, today I am one of them.
What a beautiful song and a wonderful man of God! God bless the world with James Cleveland. I have the record of this song. Not as clear as this when I play the record. I know I can put all of my Trust in God. He'll never fail you!
Trusting GOD is the ULTIMATE:all other stuffs will FAIL anyway.vain glory, wordly
fame, deceitfulness of riches, power promises humanity so much but in reality
profited nothing.all will never last.all will perish in hell fire, and all nations that
reject GOD

I remember singing this song in my choir and with my girl group. We would sing while riding down the road, enjoying the harmonies.
