Warp speed is the expanding of space time behind it to propel it forward and compression of space time in front of it, thus it would move much quicker and probably wouldn't be this clearly identified if it was warp speed.

If this object was at warp speed then you would never be able to catch it on camera or the with the naked eye. Now if a craft is moving at 5,000 mph + in real time then yes you can see it zooming by.
