NA tuning isn't difficult, just more expensive. Increase compression and gasflow, tune the engine for higher RPM and tada, more hp.

It's why bike engines make so muich power. 150bhp per litre isn't that impressive. BMWs S1000RR is making 180bhp+ per litre!
