the flip will zoom in but the zoom in function is not very good (in my opinion)

That's the same thing with me but I have a Didital HP Camera it was made in 2005 and it's not good at making videos as you can see in some of my travel videos. And it wont let me zoom in so that explaines why I left these cerious comments. I will check your videos out. I just wanted a Flip Camcorder so I can make 100% Clear videos.

at 2:28 the old Ultra is best as it honors skin tones better. The new is very contrasty and your face is more washed out. The new picture is brighter but not in a good way. Weird though..because in the earlier section on closeup it was the new camera that seemed to have better color and tone quality, which increased the depth of field(could see more detail/shading in your face). Unless you mislabeled it later(?) If 2:28 and on is labeled correct then the Ultra IMO is better.

there arent sound issues on any of these.

i use these in clubs. i have put it inside bass bins and the sound is crystal clear. i have all of them from the first to the mino.

the picture is clear as day and night recording couldn't be better. some people are just jaded and can find something wrong with anything even when there's nothing wrong with it. the size of the mino is smaller but atad thicker than an iphone.

Sound is much better with ultra. Video frames per second and res looks the same, but your face looks redder with ultra. With some lapops the flip is too thick to be able to use the built in usb (some laptops are thinner than flip) unless you put the laptop on the corner to let the flip hang off the end. Otherwise people use the usb extension cables. BTW paulinobrener would be great with kids on sesame street! So sweet! Nice hair.
