I look at all the humans in the world and I can't help but wonder if the time has come to start people spayed and nuetered. I mean there are people spitting out pups left and right with no means to support them. we all worry that cats and dogs will reproduce to uncontrollabe numbers..well there are already two who already do, Rats and Humans. Lord knows we don't want cats and dogs to add to the problem.
