I work at the mill and have for several years. 1) he "backyard" stops by inside the house only during massive flooding (every 20 years give or take. 2) The stairs are slippery and I have fallen down the last five...not soft... 3) upkeep is pricey but it would be in any home. Recently there have been huge renovations with an eye to helping make the property more ergonomic to maintain!
@BStewart27 - Awesome to hear about the renovations! Yeah, those stairs....I was afraid of them. LOL I wish I could see the place now. Any plans for an open house or anything?

I can't even imagine the amount of money it takes to keep that place looking like that.

@RDJim - LOL! good point! However, in this case, I would be worried my backyard was going to end up in my basement.

@SCL0PS - The stairs looked cool, but they were hard to climb.They were made of polished marble and they were slippery.
