@conanac im really confused i have an old 1st run wii i want to mod but not sure what i should do/use for an emulated nand,i want to be able to launch ALL VC GAMES directly from the main menu,havi them installed as forwarders,and my homebrew like usbloaders too also installed as forwarders,if its not possiblt due tochannel limit then i guess i shoul just use triforce,that is if it can be launched from a real nand and not emulated nand,i dont want to have reboot to 2 different nands
@conac so if i use sneek or uneek will there still be a 47/48 channel limit for the system menu?if so is there anyway arround it?i would like to be able to launch all vc &wiiware games from the wii sys menu with forwarders 7have forwarders for my hb and usbloaders too,so can i losd games with a usb loader from a usb hdd whn im booted into an emulated nand with sneek/uneek?and what about triforce/mighty channels?is that a totaly seperate thing than sneek/uneek?or do you need sneek/uneek for it?
You seem to have alot of experience in Sneek & Uneek. I got the normal uneek to work though the +di never works but that could be becouse you have to put some games as far as i read into it. Now i Had the same problem as you since there aren`t enough channels Visible. I thought using triiforce would work but unfortunatly i couldn`t install homebrew in Uneek and i dunno how to do it.
This looks fantastic; as someone who doesn't strictly own a Wii but instead commandeers others', running UNEEK is a godsend; this looks great for using someone else's Wii without having to constantly insert/remove SD. Hope you're sharing this soon.
Thanks conanac, I've been using switch2uneek the last couple of days and it makes things so much more convenient. I only run a single NAND backup at the moment, but the interface is nice enough that I'm considering setting up another. The only fault so far seems to be with the mounting of my drive; it's not exceptionally quick to spin up, so I get an error saying it may not be connected correctly if I try to hurry through the switching to NAND step; all it needs is a bit of a delay.
will see if I could include this request (if it is possible to do) in the next release (if I have a time to put together next release). However, you are more than welcome to change the codes to serve a better fit to your situation.
Oh, but also, when running only one NAND dump (or more accurately, when booting the same NAND dump as was previously booted), s2u shouldn't need to move around the NAND dump's folders; it leaves them in the root when switching to real NAND anyway, so all that need be done is move the bootmii folder.
The movement of folders is a way to check that the final nand content in the main folder or root directory of USB in fact comes from the selected/chosen nand (from the chosen sub-folder in the "nands" folder). And it is pretty quick anyway, so I think I will keep it as it is. And the goal of this application is mainly for allowing users to have more than one UNEEK nands.
Thanks again for all your suggestions (keep them coming). Cheers.
I have a usb with all the necessary files yet it doesnt work :/ I copied all my uneek files to my usb yet it says no sd card foudn -.-

@darkraiNo1 If you use USB, you need Uneek, Sneek for SD. Also if you use Uneek, you will need a SD card.
Has you inserted the (s)uneek ppcboot.elf and the armboot.bin in the /bootmii/ folder in the sd?

@invagrante
Just upload the application to the gadget4sneek googlecode page.
Let me know if you have problems using it.
