I'm a TA soldier in the British Army currently 19 years old. Next year I will be hopefully conducting my first tour of Afghanistan, I must admit the hate these YTers have about who is better between our two nations is stupid! We are both equal we are brothers in arms, we fight together and we die together! I have all respect for my American counterparts they are hard working and are devoted to there country and I'm proud to stand next to an American soldier can call he/she my Allie and friend.

My oldest and youngest sons have enlisted in the Marines... One goes in in December and the other in January... I am so very very proud of them and all that serve!

We first heard this song the fall of 2005 when our unit went to war. We then played it at the cemetary at my brothers funeral. He was kia 7/31/06 and song just hit home. Think of it every time Nebraska loses a hero.

My older brother died about six months ago in iraq, he was only 22, i am 16, life isnt fair but we take what weve got, we take everything we have for granted and we dont know what he have until its gone and its come back and bitten us in the asses. I am so proud to have that flag hanging in our living room beside a picture of me and him on his last leave. dear god bless america and dear god bless our braves soldiers.

yup, we started WWI and WWII, and korea, and the first gulf war, and the ethnic cleansing in bosnia, and all the civil war in africa. i bet you also think we started the soviet war in Afghanistan huh?
pretty sure the only two we have fought on our own were vietnam and iraq. even in afghanistan now we have countless allies, but im sure you will deny that too.
