Zack is one of the most meaningful rappers, yes. Better? Not sure about that... he's still on some cheesy 1980s thing. Check out The Roots - a live hiphop band, the main guy in it, Black Thought, is one of the most technically brilliant rappers i've ever heard.

Neither one of them sing lol. There's a difference in rapping and singing. Rapping requires fast talking and the ability to rhyme without sounding mentally retarded. Singing requires much talent to reach multiple pitches and all that good stuff.
