Actually I hate both, Xbox 360 and PS3. I love console gaming, but it sucks SO BAD how the consoles hold up. My Xbox 360 got red ring after like 1.5 year and my PS3 held up for about 2 years and got YLOD. Why do these consoles suck so bad?? :(
Back in the day I was a PC gamer and I never had PC problems, except I had to upgrade everytime for newer games, that's why I chose console.
Please make a better holding up console, this gets me so frustrated. :'(
Microsoft started making consoles after Sony that's why Sony has so many consoles, Also Sony supported the ps2 for years after the ps3 released but Microsoft just gave up on the original Xbox, it's true Xbox has the better OS but honestly to say Sony made to many consoles is just Stupid IMO
I like the PS3 more. No, I'm not a fanboy, I tried both consoles.
The reason I like PS3 more is because the technology and hardware is more ahead compared to the Xbox 360. I totally prefer watching HD blu ray movies instead of DVDs and I think most people do. If you have a Xbox 360 you need to buy a seperate blu ray player which means it will cost you more. Xbox may be cheaper, but what you get it what you pay for and this is a fact, not my opinion.
@FerdieFB23 you would pick ps3 over xbox for that... blu ray is only 1 benefactor compared to xbox, we have sky player, 4od if you are uk, net flix love film and so much more games on the market place, we get updates and map packs etc 1 month before yous do because we are not cheap and we pay so xbox is actually more expensive in the long run plus our online community is larger and same with the youtube community on xbox, now after reading this would you pick quality on a dvd over this :)

the ps1 was launched in december 94, the ps2 in march, 2000 i dont mind an opinion dude but you were miles out, a console every five years is just fine by me so long as theres a good amound of progress! and these are made to keep up with the latest technology etc, i have an xbox and a ps3 and i play them both the same amount. both have pros and cons but people get the console their friends get. this is a really unfair argument to someone that makes no points of the good things about the ps3!
