i hate to say this i really do despite giving a promise to look after the little girl the blame lays solely with the little girls parents its a parents job to always be vigilant to keep their kids from harm no matter what it might be easier to pass the buck and leave the blame totally on one person it isnt fair or right my prayers are with you all i am so sorry for the little girls loss its a parents nightmare that has no end

i think every child even older children at 15,16 years old should be watched if cants swim. that way we might be able to prevent most Drwondings,Haylees was no accident,it was Murder by her stepgrandma!!im sorry to say but its true,she knew perfectly well you dont leave a 4 year old little toddler alone in a pool not even for a minute.

omg, this has to be spreadt to many people! families think this will never happen to them and that it just happens to who doesn't care; but this is not true. Drowning can happen anytime, to anyone. It doesn't choice people, its silent and fast, as you said. For a little decision of leaving a kid alone, you might be taking their life away. for just 10 short minutes, we lost our dear Baby Girl. No one will ever replace you, Haylee.
