bcoz this is not Sorry Sorry Answer. This is the first studio vr. of Sorry Sorry R&B that they released. As you can see in the title: it was sang by Yoo Young Jin (the composer), and probably with some voices of Super Junior in the background, but mainly by yoo young jin.

Yoo Young Jin was an artist in the 90s. His debut happened long before Korea was ready for R&B. He turned his talents to song writing and has been writing all of the really good shit for SM ever since then. A lot of the great songs by HOT, S.E.S., BoA, Fly to the Sky, ShinHwa, and SuJu that you might like are his work.

Yoo Young Jin HAS albums out, he put one out called Agape around 2002 or 2003. It didn't take off, but it was awesome. There's a track called Ji Ae on it you should check out.
