I think Congressman King's view on this topic are quite solid. Obama is riding the wave of success and pushing fast to change the U.S. I for one am fiscally conservative (don't confuse me with those who says they are and are not) and that is why I am upset with the attack on the private sector. I checked into it. The banks applied for these funds, but now some are getting cold feet because they don't like the new rules that came with them, for instance limitations on executive compensation (bonuses).

Some banks did not apply for funding, and did not receive any (Bank of Florida).
