the FAQ actually changed is so that it's not only 3 models that can take all that wargear but any model can.

So it has. I don't think it was like that at time of the video but a good point to bring up. A reason to check FAQ's.

Yes they re-did the FAQ about a month after they released the first one because of the response they got for their official position on the wargear differences between the DA and SM codex the first time around.

Right. Well the change to the company vet squad certainly makes them more fun now. They were fine as is but now it gives the potential to have fun and sink a lot of points into a strong squad
