This game only falls apart as soon as you come to a boss fight. EVERY fucking boss in the game is so overpowered and psychotic that you basically slam your way through everything while holding your breath. It's ridiculous because I think the rest of the game is rahter easy despite your character's snail paced speed. But yeah, I ended up slamming my xbox controller on the floor during one of the bosses.

@pierules202 almost on everything except the story telling, its good in planet 2 but lacks detail in the characters, you kinda just play as different factions of soldiers.

but the story gameplay is way better especially co-op, i would definitely buy it, the story line is still decent, but gameplay wise its really fun,especially when fighting massive akrid or that episode where you have to hijack a ship, really felt like a snow pirate, check out some gameplay vids :)

lost planet is a horrible game, there is smoke and debris everywhere so you cant see when you need to, the aiming is horrible even on max sensitivity, checkpoints are few and far in between, and the controls are delayed and sloppy(gun on right of VS, picks up on left???)

Dude the Colonies Edition Feature a couple new levels,allow you to plays AS the Acrid, and i think intoduces more Multiplayer Maps. I hav it 4 360 and ya its better than the original. + It costs 29$

Actually, games on console are good because the console version of a game has been optimized for the specific console, since the developers know exactly what hardware the game will be played on and everyone has the same hardware, they cant really fail.. but with pc`s, they need to bring out patches for different hardware, etc etc, the list goes on...
