hahaha omg, i miss this so much! i battled one of those dancing traffic cops in the middle of the road when i was in the philippines dec 06. boy was that fun. i wish they had those guys in san diego :\

Back in our high school days, there was a traffic cop at Pasong Tamo and J.P. Rizal who was as animated as this one! I remembered he was causing more "near miss accidents" as drivers get so distracted!
Unfortunately, walang traffic cop dito sa Honolulu. Walang excitement!
