Also one thing that happens is that when i save this it i save it in Pictures but when i go into CS:S and i set it as my spray the background shows up and when i try to fix it like i put the Transparent background and i cant seem to fix it and helpful suggestions would be great thanks :/

@tfmMspringles sorry but it may be to late for u know but PAINT.NET would do the exact same thing as this. except u dont have to set background opacity to 0, u can delete background. PAINT.NET is a program. look it up.

Nice tutorial, though i dont have gimp. Im checking it out, and seeing the diffrences from photoshop cs5. I have photoshop on my computer and im still using it, but gimp is great for begginners! :)

Tip: to get a perfect circle hold down shift while you drag the circle out. Works on Gimp Photoshop After Fx etc..
