I'm with ya there. I bought a Gateway last summer ('09). It's a laptop with silver keys. In only one month of minimal use, the paint started coming off. It's under waranty and even has an extended waranty. Some non-American got back with me and said that there is nothing they can do for me. OR- I can call to discuss it for $3.00 a minute, OR have it repaired for $300 dollars. WTF? So I think I'll do what you guys did here, and make a video. Nice job BTW!! Let's spread the word together.

Acer Gateway and emachines suck
I have had 2 gateway computers and 1 e-machine and I will never buy them again the first one was in the shop 5 times in one year.
I would recommend Asus,HP,Apple, Sony,Samsung,Toshiba and Alienware in no order but Apple and Alienware are my favorites.
