Dr.Drew never guaranteed ANYTHING..He also says it is his opinion, he "believes" sheen is in a manic state (which is OBVIOUS.) due to a mental disorder or a drug withdrawl or dependancy problem..being someone who works with recovering addicts i know you go through withdrawl for a long period of time.. which could be the reason for behaviour and clean urinalysis, you also have to determined "what" substances they tested for.. every drug gets tested seperately!

@Zapppo it took days to get a test out for sheen. the way he was is drug withdrawl. makes you act funny Sheen knew he was going to be asked. so he stopped at that time he could always go back to addiction.

There is no ethical breach here. And there is nothing wrong with someone asking an opinion of a doctor about what's happening to someone who is not his patient and is not bound by confidentiality laws.

Hahahahaha I love the people who think Charlie is acting normal. I'm personally against AA and Dr. Drew and everything he represents, but you don't need a rocket scientist to figure out Charlie Sheen ain't in touch with reality. To me he no longer sounds like a drug addict, he sounds like a mental patient.

Either he is diagnosing from afar, and authoritatively recommending that Charlie be locked up in a looney bin (which should scare the hell out of anyone living in the free world)
Or- if he has in anyway met or counseled Charlie, he is committing untold HIPAA confidentiality violations.

It's completely unethical for this unspeakable little quack and media whore to make remote diagnoses of serious mental health disorders about famous people who are not his patients in publicly broadcast interviews. If he lived in my country (the UK) he'd probably be struck off the medical register and prevented from practising. IMHO this person does a lot of harm.
