I'm only criticizing his form because of the benefit proper form has. Good form = more power, more weight lifted, faster times. plain and simple. just one quick quire how much calories did you intake before sort of intense cross fit training ,3500Ccal or more. I suggest that you weight about 198 lbs or so, to do numbers it is not a rocky science great tips I liked those!
I destroy wall balls, kettle bell swings and DU(Sometimes) Everything else I'm average.. When I first started Crossfit. My pushups look like shit. I couldnt do pull ups to save my life. Now I am working on muscle ups..
i am gonna start a new system , called "the latest fad" #1 put some rocks in a back pack and run hills till you puke, = power, endurance,and explosiveness, #2body weight moves, real pullups, body dips, single leg squats, v sit ups, hanging leg raise, #3 drink beer, smoke a joint and enjoy the odd toot ,nobody lives for ever, so get strong and enjoy life, the " i can run a 10k any time i want...", great i will try run 5k and then watch you run the rest from a patio with a guiness, relax folks...
@Burningrave why? crossfit prides itself on being a full body workout and kipping pull ups are a more comprehensive movement. plus when racing against the clock they're a lot faster and more effective. theres a time and place for strict pull ups... doesn't make kipping bad tho

They're questioning your form, but doing so from the comfort of a nice office setting or a couch. Up close and real, when the going get tuff, it's all about the right mental attitude to push threw the limits, in my opinion this is where I think 100% accurate form is a load of shit. Get it done, and this video does just that.

In all likelihood, you complimented him from the comfort of your home, but I'm not going to discredit you because of it. If somebody's criticizing his form, they're probably doing so because they know how to do it correctly. Also, 100% accurate form isn't necessary when pushing yourself, but 75% is a good benchmark.
try for endurance strength training, 20 reps or for pure strength without muscle hypertrophy 4-6 reps, but its dangerous ask a personal trainer for a fitness plan, its free before you join a gym

ur probably super skinny but ripped i take it aye and u want to put on hard muscle mass, its because ur doing like high reps but if u drop the reps and increase weight and increase by one set u will get hard muscle grow

@Burningrave why? crossfit prides itself on being a full body workout and kipping pull ups are a more comprehensive movement. plus when racing against the clock they're a lot faster and more effective. theres a time and place for strict pull ups... doesn't make kipping bad tho
