everyone who loves this song CHECK OUT THE WHOLE ALBUM!!! Ive loved this song since it came out in 2003 but only recently listened to the rest of the album and its AMAZING. Especially Max Planck, Best Weapon, Reverse Soundtrack, Souvenir, just all of them.

Australia continues to produce some excellent song-writers and musical talent. I'm heartened to see bands like Something For Kate are not included in mainstream radio blurb that incessantly loops our airspace. To me they are an intimate, charismatic highlite of my music collection, to be played loud as I drive along Highway 1.!

the first gig they did at the punters club (in fitzroy) they were supposed to be called "fish and chips" and the promoter said it was the worst name hed ever heard of. so next week paul had to go to the shops and written on his shoping list was "get something for kate" as said above, something for the pet dog, kate.
