This becomes ineffective once word spreads and people figure out it's a decoy. When people haul butt going 60 and they're not being chased, I think they'll know why. Maybe we should just have police enforcement speed limits more?

While your claims of the effectiveness are somewhat accurate, the easy way to remedy is use the decoy and a few days later use real police. I know I wouldnt speed by if its even a 1% chance of being a real officer.

you have seen the signs that tell you how fast you are going all over towns now add a speed sencer on one of the dummy cars so when someone goes by too fast the lights and sireen go off for a short time that will slow people down too

probably sinse it says it just has no engine, but would you want to pay an officer just to sit there and eat dohnuts ? Then when a guy is goin 50 over the speed limit the cop would try to race and follow the guy but guess what? No Engine! :P
