How To Download WinterBoard Without Rebooting Your Ipod/Iphone

when i downloaded winterboard from cydia with my iphone 4, when i reboot how long does it take my apple keeps going and then coming back like its rebooting and then does it over, and never reboots..

im using iphone 3gs 4.3.5, alreadi jailbroken with redsnow.... but when i got to cydia and download both sbsettings and winterboard, it prompts me to reboot. i didnt do so, and as a result, the themes wouldnt work when i respring.. any help ?

@omg1omg1 Hey every time i would download winter board from cydia and reboot, the apple symbol would be frozen, will it occur during your way, also will the apple symbol freeze again if i download themes? please reply thank you
