Fable 1 was SO much better i haven't played three yet but i didn't like 2 too much :P So if you don't like two just know that one is so much better. In my opinion if other people disagree sorry.
Shantae is really a great game. so glad they made a sequel. hope they make a 3rd in future. You should totally Lp shantae, that would be super amazing
IF you're going to by Disgaea 1 & 2 I would recommend getting them for the PSP. I have played the first 1 on the PSP and it makes for a really good pick up and play at anytime kinda game.
definetly not a Game what I can playthrough in 1 Giant Playsession as you need atleast 3-4 New Games+ for everything, playing it in small Parts may work but its gonna Take some Time meanwhile gotta get that Vanquish 6th Challenge SO HARD but Game also SO GOOD xd.
and if you miss to have a certain Event on a certain Time you are screwed and cant get Platinum Trophy, Savegames are essential from some Guides I read you need around 8 basic Savepoint from where you can Branch to all different Endings. for all Characters + Winning Condidtion for each event. I dont know it fells less like an RPG at all more like you organize someones Calender, the "Combat System" if at all just feels plastered on and having only HP to work with everything, you do is strange.
First of all X360 Risen my thoughts are with you PC Version is okay , also I was so Disappointed in Atelier Rorona, I am the guy who hyped the Atelier Seires per PM to you, I was expecting atleast somewhat of an jRPG - Characteristics but I cant get over the TIME MANAGEMENT Part. the Main Problem I have with it playing it 1time is ok but getting all the Achievements on the PS3 takes soo much Time all the Different Endings with FLAGs you have to activate in a Certain order for all the Character.
You're probably the first person I've seen to say Goldeneye is a good game (in an actual review at least). I agree with you completely, it has great graphics and was a nice surprise since I didn't have high hopes going into it.
Dragon Age Origins is a great game. But I will forewarn you. If you didn't like the way FFXII played, you are going to hate that game, because the battle system and AI interface are almost identical to that game, with a few minor differences. But the overall appearance is the same.

Gran Turismo 5 doesn't make a good first impression, but with a game that has 1000 cars and hundreds of hours of gameplay, it isn't fair to judge it after a few minutes of playtime. I think if you would have given it a fair chance, you would have enjoyed it more than Forza 3.
I've look all over for the my city (Las Vegas) for Trials and Tribulations and still haven't found the third game. They actually had one store who reportedly had it and it was stolen and they only figured it that out when I came to buy it!!!

@theBCStudios It's an RPG made in the USA. Its called a Western RPG because it was made in the Western Hemisphere. Many RPG's are created in Japan so Western RPG's tend to have different themes.
@linkjag They usually have a large open world giving you several options for how youll go about doing things. Usually resulting in a moral choice system.
Unless you have already - you should pick up Deadly Premonition.
It's probably one of the most interesting and unique games that you'll experience for a long time.
From a gameplay standpoint - it kinda sucks, but as an overall package, it's probably one of my games of the year. It was released over here on halloween (for £17!) - so it shouldn't break the bank by any means.
(It's a 360 exclusive in non-japan territory too!)

yes they made 3 Persona 3 games, FES i thought was justified, PSP.......not so much.
one last thing, i do know of a old gameboy color game i used to have called Magi Nation, you might want to download a rom of it and try it. (they recently made a anime out of it and horribly butchered it)

Yes I understand its a difficult language to learn. I'm not saying it isn't. I'm purely saying that if you know you aren't going to spell a word right, you shouldn't not look it up to try to spell it right purely because you're a non-English speaking person.
I'm a Spanish and French speaker as well, and I understand the grammar in these languages is different than English, so it's nothing about Grammar or anything like that, I understand that you won't get that down well nor make any mistakes.
People shouldn't use the fact that they're from somewhere else as a shield as to why they can't spell correctly. Rather, it should provide more incentive to look up the words and be positive they've spelled it correctly. Nothing bothers me more then when people say "Sorry for the bad spelling, I'm not English." They know they're gonna spell something wrong and they're on the internet, so if they're so concerned about spelling it wrong, why not use some English spell check, I'm sure there's one.
First time i played fable 2 I liked it. Second time (after about a year or so) I hated it. It really does seem like a crap game now tbh. Not bothered with Fable 3.
Too bad about the snow slowing down your preorders. I'm in a similar situation myself.
Also make sure you check out the Pheonix Wright games on the WiiWare! Dunno if you've played them already but yeah.
And Donkey Kong Country Returns is AWESOME! You will pleased I think when it arrives.
Aren't you going to buy the mario all-stars 25th anniversary pack? It's a port of the SNES mario all-stars on the wii and has some cool history information about mario included in the pack. I liked it.
Don´t know if you knew it, but Risen actually is by a german developer who also did develop the first Gothic game, which btw is the MOST EPIC GERMAN RPG EVAH!! The 2nd one was good too but then they cracked up. So gothic 3 came into existence, which was crappy and full of bugs....
Then they split up and did Risen, which doesn´t quite have the gothic-atmosphere but was quite good.... And yeah,I´m german.

Disgaea is pretty much 3 seperate stories with cameos from characters in the past. D3 is hard if you don't grind but the story is entertaining,
so arteilier (sp?) is more like persona without the fights?
its nice when they remake old games and improve on them. I'd love to see a remake of OoT.
