haha yeaa i pushed up way to fast in the handstand which caused me to completely arch. prolly cuz i was tired from the maltese. either way, il be better this year haha
get the arch out of your handstand turn the rings out during that and the cross, idk if you'd get credit for the maltese or the cross cuz your elbows were pretty bent, but good outline of a routine.
