wow this is very impressive so far i can only do one muscle up and that is only if i go one arm at a time to get above the bar

I think what really is impressive is how you grind out the last half. That is really pushing your limits, nice.

excellent performance 20 is also my goal my max now is 6 -7 but now after dislocating my rt. shoulder idk if i will ever be able to accomplish it
