  • who WONT watch this??... This is gonna kick ass!!.. its got everything

  • do you know how much money should be spent to become a personal trainer.if not, do not only assess the physical terms.

  • I thot it wud be the actually guy from the movie named "Gunnar" the russian guy. lol

  • Fuck yeah, wish i had a PT named Gunnar, thats the shit, I would just be like windmill high fiving him all the the time and saying Gunnar when ever I could.

  • To be honest: If I didn't find the gym and lifting weights on a regular basis, I would not be ready to go every week at Skate Island in Grand Island, Ne.!

  • This guy is personal trainer yet his physique is bad, rounded shoulders, bent back etc. Loose shirt to cover all that back physicue.

How can a guy train someone else if he can't train himself. Fail

  • @Exmerch alot of fitness experts arn't fit/excellent physique themselves they just went to school to learn how to hit every muscle in different ways.

  • This bloke is full of american shit?

  • haha i got expendables limited adishon blu-ray normal and how they made it all in a nice metal tin!!

  • POPCORN WITH NO BUTTER

  • " SLY WILL MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICES 10 TIMES OUT OF 10, OUTSIDE OF HERE... "

" THIS IS NOT A GUY WHO COMES IN, WORKS OUT, AND GOES OUT AND SITS IN THE SUN... HE WRITES, HE HAS KIDS... HAS A WIFE... HAS A FAMILY... "

" THIS GUY IS AS CLOSE TO BIONIC AS YOU CAN FIND... "

  • SEI IL NUMERO 1 GUNNAR.

  • 0:54 Thats bull "this is one thing in life thats completely fair meaning whatever you give it, you will get all that back" arr...no it isn't fair.

Some guys have great genetics for bodybuilding, others have terrible ones, some guys have enough money and resources to buy the best foods, supplements and drugs available and hire a personal chef/nutritionist/coach to assist them, some guys have 24 hours a day to eat rest and train, others have to do 9-5...its anything but fair!! LOL

  • @PanicBlackEye Ah it is fair though. You dont need alot to go train alot, go to the olympics and watch the kenyan runners, theyre great because theyve worked hard, studys have shown that genetics isnt what makes them great athletes. Its just an excuse.

  • @percdann Genes are everything, hard work will take you as far as your genes will allow.

100m sprint- When was the last time a white man dominated this event?

Swimming- When was the last time a black man dominated this event? Those are examples of genetic limitations.

But Im not talking Olympic events I said BODYBUILDING where genes are everything, some guys just pack on muscle than others, some guys are "hard gainers" thats the way it is, genes are key

  • @PanicBlackEye Let's drop the negro worship. Genetic science has proven that they are not exactly human, so why should their "accomplishments" (not exactly curing cancer) be placed in competition with those of normal humans??

  • @PanicBlackEye Man, thats a cop out. Sure they said that for years about the east african runners, it turned out to be nothing to do with genetics. Just a way of life.

Oh, and Lemaitre - White Sprinter, Cullen Jones - Black Swimmer.

  • @percdann there was a swedish doctor who did research on the subject i really wish i could remember who he was, he was cut funding and declared a racist unfortunately, but i think race does have something to do with it, not major, but the physiques or white/black compared to asian are dramatically different

  • @Taud Sounds good would love to look into myself, im a research myself so would love to have a read! There are physique differentials, but not enough to claim that anyone has a monopoly!

  • @percdann oh no of course not, it was something to the effect of certain races gaining muscle mass quicker or having and over all higher threshold they could achieve, once again this subject in controversial and no one was meant to be offended by the findings, it was interesting though

  • @Taud it comes down to evolution, its not racism, if you look at what each race ate and how they obtained their food its damn obvious why certain races have certain perks.

  • @Demaphobe It totally does, I'm really interested in biology and medical sciences so even if the subject is a little offensive to some, I see it from a scientific stand point and I wish there was more research done but we live very "politically correct" in our society....

  • @Taud amen.

  • @Demaphobe Evolution has to do with genetic mutation, and how those mutations affect the organism in its environment. If certain races have 'perks', its because the genes for those perks were selected by their environments.

  • @percdann Genetics do have alot to do with it though

  • 1:10 I like that line

  • oh how i wish i met Silvester but alas i am stuck in sf a lonely 13 yr old im not emo or fat if that sentence made u think so

  • Gunner, what are the bags under the eyes? Usually that's a kidney issue. Too much protein and/or sugars, especially supplements and/or steroids.

You're too young for failing kidneys man. Switch your mode from aesthetic health to internal health. Go raw foods and get off the supplements and sugary drinks and chemicals.

I'm not judging you as I used to take a lot of supplements too and they messed me up. Congrats on your success though.

  • is clip mein sylvester he hi nahein GANDU PHUDI KE!!! Panchod title to sahi dia kar nahein to is ko caste mein daal ke apni kaali gand mein leta rhe jab tak khoon na nikal maa di phudi yaveya!!!

  • ROIDS

  • "they're putting in the time?" more like they're putting in the HGH. Just ask Sly. And they're putting in the roids. Just ask Ah-nold. You don't have to work out that hard to grow when you're flooding yourself full of testosterone, 100 times more than the average man has. Jeez, lets not make these guys out to be such "hard workers". Yuck.

  • @MedicalVideoJunkie Lol and your obviously a guy that knows nothing about lifting weights. When you are training hard you are putting in 100 % effort, when you train on steroids and HGH you put in 200 %

    simple as that.

  • @Dudelookslikeeylady I'm thinking you went for a joke Lady. But in either case, I'll reiterate what I said 3 weeks ago. Ask any medical doctor what the effects of testosterone and HGH are on the body in excessive amounts (what these guys were taking) and they will tell you the same thing. The human body doesn't want to change. It likes to keep a constant balance of everything. It's called homeostasis. In order to get the body to grow physically, it involves a LONG time of training hard

  • @Dudelookslikeeylady (con't) recovery, and eating right. Notice I said TIME. Lots of it. Years worth. The way these actors and athletes change their bodies in a matter of weeks and months is nothing short of...abuse of drugs. Period. End of sentence. I don't want ANY meathead on here saying, "well you don't know about weight lifting. you have to work hard to achieve results on 'roids." Obviously anyone who says that is uneducated, misinformed, and a complete tool. There is an opinion of how

  • @Dudelookslikeeylady (cont) on how the body can grow and the facts as to how the body can grow. And if you don't believe me, just look around your gym. Ever notice the guys busting their butts, day after day, month after month, year after year, only to make minimal gains? You think these guys aren't working hard? They are. It's called genetics and basic human physiology. They aren't on the juice, thus they are going to put on MAYBE 1 lb of muscle a year, if they're lucky.

  • @Dudelookslikeeylady (cont) Also, throw into the equation that after the age of 35, men lose up to a pound of muscle PER YEAR by merely living. Why? It's called aging. And you want to tell me that Sylvester Stallone is putting on SLABS of muscle at the age of 60 because he is working hard? You can sneeze on HGH and grow. Your body is being flooded with the chemicals it needs to grow. I love Sly, but he's a roid and HGH user.

  • @MedicalVideoJunkie What the hell are you taking about? I just said when your traininig natural you put out 100 % and when your juiced up you double your efforts cause your bodys ability is enhanced. You dont need to give me a 10 page long lecture on things I already know myself. But thanks anyways captian obvious!

  • @Dudelookslikeeylady You need to spend more time in English class than in the gym.

  • @MedicalVideoJunkie men losing a lb o muscle a year after the age of 35? I don't know about that

  • @MedicalVideoJunkie You have no idea what you're talking about. Men do not lose a pound of muscle per year after 35 unless they have cancer or some other illness. if you consistently train as you age muscle loss will be minimal, it stops at a point but no where near as young as 35.

  • asslicker

  • i wanted to be that inshape when iam that old

  • "i'll get popcorn with no butter" XD

  • Sly is such a professional. Mad respect for Stallone! He is the greatest!

  • So where is sly training? This guy im sure is a great trainer, but this title to the video is really deceptive.

  • @jandsbfan, we live in a world of deception. Shame huh.

  • The movie sucked but I agree he looked great

  • THE BEST TRAINER AROUND WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING

  • where is the footage of him directing coming from?

  • With me I would not be working full-time as a cart-pusher at( Walmart) much less work at the local Grand Island, NE Roller Skating Rink (Skate Island) if I did not find the gym and lifted weights on a consistant basis!

  • Where's Stallone training? -.-''

  • @D4ntesword

The Gym looks like Gunnar Petersons personnel Gym in Beverly Hills, CA.

Gunnar Peterson trains up to nine clients a day at his Gym.

    watch?v=OlYc0fGRQlc

  • All this guy says is awesome and cool. However people that work 40+ hours a week don't exactly have the time to do this stuff on a daily basis every week.

  • @zsoltyka I agree gymming is apart of sylvester stallone's work, that's why he has time for it.

  • @zsoltyka

Yes you can. It's called sacrifice. If you really want it you will find time. Whether it is before work or in the evening after work. 40 hours a week typically means you’re only working 8 hours a day and what about the other 16.

  • @wootuser Agree completely. Was referring to Stallone though :)

  • @zsoltyka

Sorry, I thought you were complaining like most of the weekend warriors I see at the gym.

I am sure Stallone makes the time because it is what brings home in the money.

  • Pause at 26 seconds and you can see arnie on the expendables poster! Must be a rare first proof

  • i am a match with four eyes .i hope some day become like sly's body

  • i thought they would actually show stallone working out in this clip

  • He trains hard but he has taken steroids since Rocky and got busted for them so doesnt that make him a fake?

  • You notice this guy never ever wears a short sleeve shirt? Middle of the summer and this guy has a long sleeve shirt on. He put a video out...what he wearing? Long sleeve shirt. Gunnar needs to take his own advice. He looks sloppy!

  • the title should be.. "sly not training for.." where is he in the video???

  • Steeeerrrrooooiiiiiiidddddsssss,,,

  • I agree

  • who is this gunnar? What has he done in the world of competitive bodybuilding, powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, or worlds strongest man? Those are the domains of strength sports. Gimme a fuckin break hollywood trainer. puhleez. He has a autographed photo or Arnold. Let me tell you something gunner, you had absolutely ZERO to do with Arnolds bodybuilding success. And same for Stallones. Youre just trying to surround yourself around successful people to make others think you made them likethat

  • @hybridman He's a very educated trainer. Read his books.

  • @hybridman A trainer doesn't have to be a bodybuilder himself - many bodybuilders are very good at the sport, but really suck as trainers. One thing doesn't imply the other.

  • @impek

training a celebrity does not qualify anyone as being a training guru.

  • Comment removed

  • @impek

far from a training guru. Do you want a training guru? Look up Louie Simmons, look up Ivan Ibadjiev, look up Mel Siff the author of supertraining. THOSE people are TRAINING GURUS. this guy you speak of is a flash in the pan trainer who co who just happened to get hooked up in the hollywood crowd training celebrities. I hardly look up to celebrities as far as strength and power athletes. in fact , I dont look up to celebrities at all. LOL

  • Comment removed

  • @impek

LOL your credible source is wiki? Puhleez. Why don't you google the aforementioned strength coaches I cited in the previous post. Until then , you can put back on your football helmet with the rocket ship toy glued to the top that you wear for that special "school" you attend.

Bottom line is hes a hollywood celebrity trainer, which is not taken seriously in the strength and conditioning community, and certainly not amongst olympic weightlifters, powerlifters, and IFBB bodybuilders.

  • @hybridman

Everyone and their mom uses wiki for info, you damn clown.

  • @hybridman shut the fuck up you dippy fucking twat. let me guess, youre the type thats done nothing with himself?

  • @MrJamjar123

    yawwwwnnnnnnnn.

  • sly had a perscription for hgh he wasnt using it to pump up

  • Amazing guy

  • I think this guy is blessed nobody looks so fit at the age of 63

  • @youforme4ever It's got more to do with the guy's motivated and actually gets off his behind to work out rather than being blessed :)

  • Shut it Gunnar. Their on steroids stop pretending.

  • @Dabidabida Steroids or no steroids, do you know how hard it is to stay in shape at that age?!

  • @dragosc1 No kidding. On top of that Stallone doesn't even take roids. He takes HGH. That's a GOOD thing. People are so ignorant in assuming HGH and roids are the same thing.

  • @bandit7498 yeah right, are u also gonna say that the Governator never took steroids too?

  • @assais Nope. He admitted to it without shame. But "smart" guys like you that think roids and HGH are the same need some education. Stallone doesn't even have the body of a guy that takes roids. And even if he did, so what. Roids don't make it easier. If anything the guys on roids work harder because the recovery times are faster. And Arnold only took roids when he was cutting down for a show to help retain muscle. He didn't juice like a lot of the big boys today. Knowledge is power son.

  • you dont find him

  • where can i find Peterson??

  • Those old guys make a great ad for the AARP and maybe a good wrinkle cream campaign also. I'm sure they all sit around by the campfire, drink Ensure, take their maintenance medications and then trade war stories of NSAIDs gone bad.

  • @zippyman818 funny because im pretty sure your body is nowhere near the same as any of these "old guys"... probably just some fat kid on his computer
