Robotech was great,

i remember that we used to watch robotech in the buss during school trips,

we watched robotech so much that it came a point when ouer teacher tooked the robotech VHS-casset away. becouse she was tired to watch the same episodes all the time. we had just some few VHS- casset becouse in SWEDEN robotech where never on TV, during the 90´s but in southern sweden some stores sold robotech, ONES AGAIN A GREAT SHOW.

This series was awesome!! My introduction to anime. Ill never forget the confusion and then shock i felt when ben died!! I was only used to cartoons like GIJOE back then and never thought that a major character could actually die in a cartoon. (Boy was i in for a shock at the end lol)

The SDF-1 had a beam cannon? I never saw that in the movie version. In the movie, it only had all port missile launch.
