No, it's 11 count them 11 oil platform flares out quite a ways in the water.

They even have a picture of the flares that the Mexican military saw amongst other things of course. The page of evidence is humongous.

this is the 1st real evidence brought forth by the mexican government using infra red cameras on an air force jet.
the US govt. would never disclose something like this to the public.
