Back-up singers are brothers Dean and Mark Mathis, and both are multi-instrumentalists. "Bread and Butter" was written in 1963 by Larry Parks and Jay Turnbow. @gotch09 Hey gotch09. The"New Beats" were a "States" Band- Members, Lead singer, Larry Henley from TX, Brothers Dean & Mark Maths from Shreveport, Lousiana.

They exsisted as a band, from 1964-74. My personal favorite of theirs is "Run Baby Run". Bought that "45" & still have it.
