Dragon Age Origins (360): How To Do The Map Glitch

You can do this in Orzammar too. You have to have a mage that can shapeshift into the swarm. Go to the Diamond Quarters and change into the swarm. Head toward the big door to the Commons and fly into the door. Then change the camera angle so where the door won't show (not behind you in front of you). And continue running into the door. After a while you go through it and you can walk on lava.

i can confirm this works on ps3 with latest update and i just thought of a good place to do it right at the final boss talk to that enchanting dude then go to the top floor and fight the arch demon lol

@dkglitcher Yeah, I've done that. A faster and even easier way to do map glitch is to use Leliana or Sten. Search faster map glitch using Leliana.

@cyril2310 A couple of things...

1. Bioware might have patched the game. I'm not sure if you are playing on a newer copy.

2. Not sure if you are playing on PC or not, but this particular form of map glitch won't work. Map glitch on PC requires the double dialog glitch I think.

@oiuuu123 There is still no video proof yet (at least I haven't seen one) that it works on PS3. I don't have a PS3, so I can't test it.

azzyk, the game makes you go to Lothering after finishing Tower of Ishal. Lothering is automatically destroyed later in the game and you can't go back.

@logitechSDAZ oh crap i know wot iv done im tryin to get helm nd stuff for blood dragon armour nd u get the merchant that sells it when u leave lothering yes, but i didnt notice i was in lothering wen i was in the tower of ishal so can u go back somehow to talk to the mechants ???

scottyboi, the game gives you no choice but to go to Lothering once. If you are talking about going back to Lothering later in the game, then you can't because it is destoyed.
