While I do agree with you the Big guy with the ax is difficult but not impossible to beat even with the AI but he is even easier with a CO-OP partner.
Just make sure you hit the big guy with BOTH characters, you can hit him and the other character can combo him.
Just make sure you use the machine gun, get as many headshots as you can, all the oil drums, and every hand grenade you find, you'll kill him.
This strategy is only for those who rarely use hand grenades, in case you didn't notice...
@Xxops just push on the down arrow to instruct your A.I. partner to 'Cover' (stay with you). It sounds like you have the partner setting set to Attack, which is activated by pressing the up arrow.
@Xxops I'll be honest with you, the professional mode is an exercise in futility, especially the Ndesu boss fight at the end of the Savanna level. The best way to approach this difficulty is to give Sheva the S&W Magnum and for you to primarily use the infinite rocket launcher. This way you can take out groups of enemies before they can get you with the one hit kill, or before Sheva can run up to them. I have completed the pro difficulty twice now, with all S rank, using this strategy.
@Xxops well you know what's even more boring? Dying just before reaching a checkpoint and then replaying lol. I just don't have that kind of time. Anyway, in addition to the rocket launcher I also use the PSG-1 sniper rifle (which is my favourite weapon btw), so it's not that boring since you can always go for the headshots.
As for the S&W Magnum, I said give it to Sheva because the A.I. rarely misses, so you effectively have a one hit killing machine working for you.

a little observation... i guess ashley from RE4 is more useful than Sheva, since Sheva waste a lot of ammo with enemies that aren't even close. and she miss. Least Ashley dont waste your ammo... with the armor, she is incredibly useful. Sheva is only useful when she has a infinitte ammo weapon...

the exucutioner is killable ive done it demo you can back into the empty busthen he just walks around and you get shots at him i run around i get as much ammo as i can then i back into the empty bus and kill the zombies it makes it a hell of a lot easier
I ran to the market and found the machine gun in a case. But that big guy is really hard. I don't know if I do the right strategy: shoot in his legs till he drops and afterwards give him an uppercut.
You did this the bad way. I love your videos... However, it is much smarter to stay at the top of the building. (where you got the grenades) When the Town Majini climb up the sign, use your hand gun to shoot them down. (Before they climb all the way over.)
If a Town Majini attempt to climb the ladder, try to shoot them in the head for a quick kill or at least to knock them back down to the bottom. 70 ammo will get you through this even on PRO and you probably don't even need that with Melee.
@xellos49698 Good way, bad way, it's all a matter of opinion. Your way appears to be inefficient. I was new to this game here. If I were to make another video of this level, it would be totally different. The executioner would be killed off near the beginning and I would be slaughtering majini near the centre of the map, via mainly melee moves ;-)
@BladeRunnerReturns inefficient? Are you sure you're feeling ok? How exactly is this method Inefficient when you don't have a shot gun yet? Using this method, you can easily get past this area without having to repeat the level and avoid taking damage at the same time.
But hey, if you rather spend your time, repeating level 1-1 over and over again, till you can finally kill the executioner with just a hand gun, machine gun, & grenades, be my guest. Like you said, it's a matter of opinion.

If you take the fight to the enemies on this level, the helicopter arrives quicker. I have done this part in about 9 minutes (I can't remember the exact time). But sometimes, it can take much longer to complete. Especially if you hide near the water tower. For example, my time in this video.

As I said before, if you want to take on the Executioner before getting the shot gun that's your business.
However, if you are trying to avoid him, because he is dangerous, then this method will work every time. The only time constraint is based on how fast you run past the executioner, killing enemies does nothing.
@xellos49698 lol you didn't hurt my feelings. But I was just trying to make a point that the type of strategy you use depends on what it is you're trying to do. If you are trying to avoid most enemies, then staying near the water tower is probably best. But if you want to pick up lots of goodies, then killing enemies and running around the area is better. The quickest time I've had on this level was from using this strategy. I even killed the executioner with only basic weapons (no upgrades).

@318361kevin Actually you CAN kill the executioner. First, gather grenade From the starting area to the Public Assembly area. Trow the grenade at the executioner to stun him then do the melee attacks (uppercut or straight). You can also use the red barrels in the area to stun him. Rinse and repeat. When he dies, he will drop a golden ring worth 5000.
Well I did kill the Executioner. But it was kinda close. I grabbed the SMG and went up the room where there's a barrel. As the Executioner is walking up I spray his back to hit the nail and then I get to melee him. I didn't go up here 7:27 to grab the 3 grenades though. But its entirely possible to kill him. You have to make use of the transformer... if positioned correctly he will constantly walk into the still-electrified transformer to take damage lol
@Noobfromafar When I recorded this footage, I wasn't aware of the transformers. But in one of my later videos, you see Wesker take down a few executioners via this method. But thanks for the tip anyway ;-)
The only part in that game is sometimes kill me is the crocodile part. But overall it's a good game. I still somewhat prefer 4 but 5 the graphic is a big upgrade.
This is not veteran it look too easy. Why are the badguys getting kill so easily? If i play it on normal and it's a struggle and i see no real serious struggle in it. Eventhough i end it both on amateur and normal. I am yet to play it on veteran. I think this is amateur.
@Thutmosis7 The difficulty of the game does not change the hardness to kill. Even on proffessional you can kill some majini in one hit. All it does is make enemies do much more damage on you and adds more enemies and makes interactive cutscenes harder and gameplay longer...
@minotaur878 Ok i see never really play it on hard. Even some part of normal is hard too. When i end it on easy, i upgrade my guns and start it on normal. Cuz some of the guys still take alot of shots to drop. Especially the chainsaw guy. He is one of the difficult guys to beat.
@minotaur878 You are mistaken, the difficulty grade affects how much damage you do to the enemy, as well as how much damage they do to you. Basically, the harder the difficulty gets, the less damage you do and the more damage they do. See video 023 in this series for more details.

@minotaur878 Each enemy has a certain amount of health. Let's say a majini has 700 HP (these figures are not exact, I'm just using them as an example). At amateur difficulty, you do 300 damage with a handgun and 400 damage with a melee move. The enemy will die. But as the difficulty increases, you will do less damage. So the same two moves will not kill the majini. An aditional move will. For example a ground stomp.
p.s. 2 shots + 1 melee will kill at all difficulties

Everything can be hacked. It's only a matter of time. But to be honest, if it takes any longer then who cares? The PS3 will be out of date graphics wise.
Top of the range graphics cards become out of date within six months. Based on that, the PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles are ancient. Pretty soon they will not be able to play the latest games at any decent standard.
A bit like how you have a PS2 version of a next gen game which looks really bad compared to the PS3 version.
There seems to be a problem in communication here. I see that English does not appear to be your first language which is probably the reason why.
Let me explain my last point: Tomb Raider Legend was available both for the PS2 and Xbox 360 when it first came out. The PS2 version had all of the next gen textures taken off. That is what will start happening with the latest games on the 360 and PS3 because they will not be able to handle the latest graphics. That was my point.
Also, how many people are buying a brand new PS2 right now? Not many. The same thing will happen to the PS3 once the PS4 comes out sometime after 2012. So your estimate of 2015-2020 seems a little ridiculous.

Normally i will shoot head or leg with 1 punch and stomp but the ai wasting a lot of ammo
so i will take off his/her weapon

the ai like to go infront suicide or block my gun vision
i just wish the ai stand still/ run out of atk and help me hold item
Somemore at chapter 4-2 the ai keep commit suicide and plying around the sun beam

If you are trying to avoid most enemies, then staying near the water tower is probably best. But if you want to pick up lots of goodies, then killing enemies and running around the area is better. The quickest time I've had on this level was from using this strategy. I even killed the executioner with only basic weapons (no upgrades).

@318361kevin Actually you CAN kill the executioner. First, gather grenade From the starting area to the Public Assembly area. Trow the grenade at the executioner to stun him then do the melee attacks (uppercut or straight). You can also use the red barrels in the area to stun him. Rinse and repeat. When he dies, he will drop a golden ring worth 5000.

Well I did kill the Executioner. But it was kinda close. I grabbed the SMG and went up the room where there's a barrel. As the Executioner is walking up I spray his back to hit the nail and then I get to melee him. I didn't go up here 7:27 to grab the 3 grenades though. But its entirely possible to kill him. You have to make use of the transformer... if positioned correctly he will constantly walk into the still-electrified transformer to take damage lol

@Noobfromafar When I recorded this footage, I wasn't aware of the transformers. But in one of my later videos, you see Wesker take down a few executioners via this method. But thanks for the tip anyway ;-)

The only part in that game is sometimes kill me is the crocodile part. But overall it's a good game. I still somewhat prefer 4 but 5 the graphic is a big upgrade.

This is not veteran it look too easy. Why are the badguys getting kill so easily? If i play it on normal and it's a struggle and i see no real serious struggle in it. Eventhough i end it both on amateur and normal. I am yet to play it on veteran. I think this is amateur.

@Thutmosis7 The difficulty of the game does not change the hardness to kill. Even on proffessional you can kill some majini in one hit. All it does is make enemies do much more damage on you and adds more enemies and makes interactive cutscenes harder and gameplay longer...

@minotaur878 Ok i see never really play it on hard. Even some part of normal is hard too. When i end it on easy, i upgrade my guns and start it on normal. Cuz some of the guys still take alot of shots to drop. Especially the chainsaw guy. He is one of the difficult guys to beat.

@minotaur878 You are mistaken, the difficulty grade affects how much damage you do to the enemy, as well as how much damage they do to you. Basically, the harder the difficulty gets, the less damage you do and the more damage they do. See video 023 in this series for more details.

@minotaur878 Each enemy has a certain amount of health. Let's say a majini has 700 HP (these figures are not exact, I'm just using them as an example). At amateur difficulty, you do 300 damage with a handgun and 400 damage with a melee move. The enemy will die. But as the difficulty increases, you will do less damage. So the same two moves will not kill the majini. An aditional move will. For example a ground stomp.
p.s. 2 shots + 1 melee will kill at all difficulties

Top of the range graphics cards become out of date within six months. Based on that, the PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles are ancient. Pretty soon they will not be able to play the latest games at any decent standard.
A bit like how you have a PS2 version of a next gen game which looks really bad compared to the PS3 version.

There seems to be a problem in communication here. I see that English does not appear to be your first language which is probably the reason why.
Let me explain my last point: Tomb Raider Legend was available both for the PS2 and Xbox 360 when it first came out. The PS2 version had all of the next gen textures taken off. That is what will start happening with the latest games on the 360 and PS3 because they will not be able to handle the latest graphics. That was my point.
