over all, this was one of the best double pack compilation records that i ever came across, as far as the quality of the music. This and The Best of KRAM. Dam near every track on both of those are Golden Nuggets!
crazydirtyharrylarry needs to keep his opinions to himself, he was probably one of them ugly ass dudes with no game who tried to pick up on the leftovers at the club and got denied, i'm sorry but the underground scene was where it was at bro! you can keep your nyc scene any day! too many drag queens and faggots, this music and scene was meant for the real clubbers from cali, az, tx, oregon, basically the west coast papi! get the fuck out of here hater!!!!!!!!
this is probably one the best anthems that represents our era of party crews, backyard house parties and "florentine gardens broadcasting powerttools... humpty vission is genius.
Los Angeles is so lame when it came to this kind of music, everyone is so concerned about image and property like, ( cars ,cell phones, rims) to really appreciate this kind of music,You should have been where the music was more important like S.F/ NYC or Detroit I partied in all but NYC. I mean ' I wouldn't want to live anywhere else, and it's just one persons opinion but, thats the vibe I got
I dont know where you went to LA but this kinda music was busting in the ghetto in South Central in the warehouses where people came to get down. Club scene sukked but the UNDERGROUND was where its at. FRESH PRODUCE was off da chain!
I was at Simon's, Gainesville, Florida summer of '95 and this tune came on, and literally pulled me to the middle of the floor. That's when I learned to dance. The most magic moment of my raving days. Such a simple tune but with a massive impact. Those were the days.xxxxxx
Simon's was awesome.. dirty but fun. I use to go there all the time to check out various DJs. I heard this track for the first time somewhere in Orlando.. Andy Hughes was playing it. Asked him what it was and went out the next day to buy it. Have another copy of it somewhere with other mixes on it.
Shit you KNOW it! Dirty but fun it was. How in the hell I got a degree baffles me on a daily basis. I just got this tune on vinyl from some shop in Chicago and it wasn't cheap, but it's a keeper. Thank the gods for Ebay. Glad somebody remembers along with me! :)
Fuk yea! Simon's wuz the shit!

Great track. My exposure would have come via Parthenon etc back in the Tampa scene. Used to it way slower than this though. ;) Love it.
