Oh my goodness, that last picture of the baby lying on the dog seriously was the icing on the cake of me bawling like a big baby watching this video! As I type this, my 'mean ole pittie' (as we lovingly call her) is snuggled in on the couch sleeping with my husband. She adores my kids, loves anything that she sees and is so curious of the world around her!
@MissKelbyJ This video is one of my mom's very favorites... and she's a woman who was terrified of ALL ANIMALS until my two new boys (a pure bred AmStaff and a APBT/ English Mastiff X) stood vigil over her during recovery from a brain tumor surgery. Power of the PITS... SPREAD IT!!!
Dog breeds who are accused of being 'aggresive' need to be given a chance. Some Pitt Bulls(along with other breeds) were trained by assholes to fight against one another, so therefore, people started believing that they were all aggreive, but this is not true. I worked at the SPCA til I started college, and every Pit Bull there were sweet and loving, its not the dog, it's the two legged monster on the other side of the leash that is the problem!

They are the first and last their in our days, theloyalty is unheard of in the human world, and they dont care if its been a good day or bad, if you make $5/hr or a million dollars or what kind of car you drive. They just wanna be with their moms and dadsand be a bonafide member of the family.

Just getting acquainted with your work David and am LOVIN it! I live in Ontario where Michael Bryant started the nightmare we live in now. It was a WHIPPED Liberal vote and So many beautiful innocent family dogs are being taken away and slaughtered based on LOOKS. We are fighting it David and I know I will if it takes to my dying day. One day history will look back at the bozo's who put these stupid laws in place and they will be shamed for their ignorance. I can only pray I will see the day.
Not to worry david,you and daze are connected in a way that does not know death.I like to believe that all the gentle souls human or animal that have passed through my life will forever be alive in me and I in my loved ones when I have closed my eyes in final peace.

BSL laws must be seen for what they are, hatred, rooted in bigotry, prejudice and ignorance, that needs a safe target, and how many care about these dogs? Well, we do! Keep up the awareness, as it is so sad to know that only one in 5000 finds a good home with a responsible owner that will bring out the loving, gentle, devoted attributes this magnificent breed has.
Thank you for showing us the love, that so many of us already know and feel..keep up the "excellent work" with all that you do for our furry friends and keep getting the message out for the rest of the world to see how beautiful these dogs are!
