I like this version better because unlike the original, this one isn't edited and when she turns and dances you see her 6 month baby bumb, and the original is edited to the point where you can' tell she's preggers. I think this shouldv'e been the original.

This is the version thats best!!Its so funny cause the parts in the other video of her in the "lifeless parts" that were gray and blah did not fit the song at all and were my LEAST favorite parts of the original video.Really wish Beyonce had stuck with this more simple and more fun video.Countdown is so bubbly and colorful and this version of the video represents that

I really like and enjoy watching both versions, I can't say which I like better cus they both have different good qualities.

Original version - I like the musical inspirations and the concept of imitating famous people dancers etc is really enjoyable

This version - Even though this video imitated famous people dances etc it doesnt do it as much as the original but this one if more fun.

I dunno...I like the original better. The choreography was just so oddly unique that I enjoyed watching it be re-interpreted by Beyonce. If you compare the original choreographer's moves to how Beyonce does them in the first countdown video there is a difference. They aren't as comical (at least I found them so) and appear in a more modern context. They aren't the Beyonce moves we are used to seeing but in a way they kind of are...I guess that's why I liked it. I still love the song though.

I never heard of Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker before the controversy.

I only knew that I didn't like the "grey parts", with the unflattering clothing and weird dancing. I thought it looked boring, and completely devoid of the glamor and sassiness I associate with Beyonce. I understand why now. It was somebody else's style and it didn't fit with the rest of the video which is bouncy, colorful and fun.
