It's not about quest lines or battles (and, by the way, many wotlk battles just use the same strategies of tbc). TBS was better due to attunaments, to heroics, to Kara, to Hyjal... rep faction could only be obtained by doint their instances, BoP items for professions, more interesting and less easy fights and so on... well, now you just hit 80, wear whatsoever tabard and pug some heroics without knowing anything about it
