Realistically, those J-15s (Carbon copies of the Russian Su-33, but China can't even manage to build their own engines yet so most J-15s are still outfitted with Russian powerplants) will never get anywhere within reach of an American carrier without being intercepted. I also doubt anything China has today can match the avionics of anything US made.

the US fighters protecting the fleet always are aloft 24/7. There are 90 aircrafts in the carrier, even half of that would be aloft. why aren't the US fighters throwing chaffs and flares? Goalkeepers would also be able to hit the missiles before impact. In reality, Soon as each unit has fired its missiles targeting the ships, it would be impossible not to score. 10 underwater missiles capable of reverse-arching at great depths of 50 meters cannot be detected.

China is now diversifying its holdings, plus the domestic market will be forced to expand its capacity, and they're already starting that now.
