well for this i used windows movie maker and go to timeline not storyboard wen ur on u will see the pics hover over the pick u wanna make longer and it the right hand side u will get a new option to strecht it drag it to the right and let go wen ur there and wen done leave it if u drag it to the the left u will make it littler well hope it help ;)
