  • i think our government should invest more in scientific development that can bring improved quality of life for all as well as establishing a state of self sufficiency regarding energy; as this would also help eliminate military conquest over energy sources

  • best song to demorilize ocupy wall strait.

  • horrible quality?

  • i love Industrial Hip Hop

  • @ Albarai Saul Williams actually produced this song himself. Trent Reznor did produce most of the album, but this song is Saul's production. My favorite song on the album!

  • is this the amen break in this song?

  • @Svperstarr

the snare and the kick sound exactly the same, so I'm guessing it's probably right

  • @Svperstarr Sounds like they didn't use the typical cymbals that is usually most prominent when people use it, but I hear what you're talking about in the kick of the break layer. Hard to tell though, I've come across a few breaks in all my crate-digging/file-downloading/jazz-funk listening that had some fairly similar textural qualities to the amen break in regards to the punchy compressed nature of the sound, so it may or may not be it. Good call though

  • great

  • I hear that Reznor was really disappointed in the sales of this album.

  • Well, at first it was released for free online. I'm not sure if sales were a priority.

  • @lukealpha It's a pretty revolutionary album, and not an easy listen. It doesn't really surprise me that it didn't sell well, even though I LOVE it. The free release online would have snaffled up most of the true Saul/Trent lovers.

  • i cant stop staring at his nipple for some reason O_o

  • I just love this guy.

  • Damn this is kind of tight right here

  • PE samples (y)

  • This song is so true. I'm tired of people complaining for compromises and talking of revolutions/impeachment of Obama or any other elected official.

Democracy isnt about everyone getting what they want or forcing your way of life upon the rest of the world. Democracy is allowing the majority (key word) of people get what they want, and to earn it through participation in government, ie voting, nonviolent protest, calling/mailing representatives, staying informed, etc...

  • why is everyone talkin bout some government shit? just enjoy the music. niggys.

  • ziggy stardust

  • Why is it that you view a handout to lockheed martin, northrop grumman, or boeing as not a handout. But you view feeding the hungry to temporarily abate death by starvation as a handout.

You must truly hate your own life and thusly feel that everyone else must share these ideals. I am not religious, but I do believe that life has value over and above federal reserve notes.

  • i can't speak for this other guy, but corporate handouts are cut and dry evil. generational government handouts to the people lead to invisible slavery. we should start taking care of each other (again) instead of relying on the state which will always ask for something in return at some point in time.

  • of course. look at government subsidies too. education prices are through the rough cause government grants and loans let schools charge almost unlimited tuition hikes.

batteries and solar cells that polute more than anything else are subsidized by our government for no other reason than profit and the best way to secure profit is to have a product people are hooked on and can't make themselves.

power and technology production all going outside the usa

irs takes all middle class wealth

  • "A nation that continues year after year to spend more money on military defense than on programs of social uplift is approaching spiritual doom" - Dr. King

  • and economic doom

  • Lift your own lazy ass up, quit waiting for handouts..

Spiritual doom is a ghetto institutional mindset of non faith.

  • "ghetto institutional mindset of non faith"

If there is a human that can translate that to some form of english, let me know.

What king is saying, without invoking Christianity and thus marginalizing large percentages of the world, is spending money on death rather than life is immoral.

I don't see how this relates to handouts. You are suggesting it makes more sense to build missiles rather than provide someone in a bad situation temporary reprieve from death.

  • hey, it's Tardust Kitteh

  • I know right? Cute 'n funny.

  • yeah, and we continued to spend more for the next 50 years... long after the depression was over. You're boring because you're not very smart. See ya.

  • The US really started to spend during Reagan's term, and then during Bush 1st and somewhat less 2nd term. The money they mostly spent was on big business subcontractors, who in turn like them very much, thank you, and would like to see them again in power. 'Fiscal conservatives' always inflate the national debt like it's a gangbanged creampied porn queen's rectum, and still we have to listen to the tea-bagger nuts and the Ph.D's from National Review shit on some measly popular reform? Fuck off.

  • early to mid 20th = New Deal Welfare State. The tendency towards Keynesian econ, dovetailed w/ sizable social expenditure continued through Nixon and was especially pronounced during the Kennedy and Johnson (Great Society) Administrations. Look it up then talk to me.

  • you're right. I did type 19th century when i meant 20th, but you're wrong about everything else. "People didn't even know what the word social program or welfare meant at the time"? Why was our government classified as a WELFARE STATE then? Look at the stats, man. Look up where American dollars went from Roosevelt through Nixon (and what % of our GDP was spent on social programs). I'm not gonna argue with you about this if you don't care about the facts.

  • that was kinda diffuse, but my point's that no one wants any of the things associated w/ poverty. Those things happen BECAUSE OF poverty. Yes, those problems seem habitual and difficult to elim, but they can be curbed w/ aggressive social programs and state investment.... just as they were when the jews and italians had them earlier in the 19th century.

  • 1st off, much of the military isn't white. Look at the stats, minorities compose a hugely disproportionate percentage of those serving (particularly BLACKS). Secondly, "they don't want to change"? Like people want poverty. Poverty is a malaise and it causes all sorts of problems, but only some stupid neoconservative slave would assert that poor people want to be poor. You watch far too much t.v.. You'd probably be shocked if i told you that most poor folks aren't criminals.

  • Bwahahaha.. tards. every race in history has been a production of slavery. just because USA is the best documented case, dosn't prove it's the most accurate. If so, why didn't the USA build any pyramids? Bwahahaha. Because the shit we built wasn't meant to last. We're all gonna die, the economy sucks ass thanks to the slaves!!!!!! why didn't they build something worthy?

  • Duuuuude, this album is niiiiiiiiice

  • It is. I was pleasantly surprised when I listened through it, I thought I might have only been partially receptive to it, but I'm loving it.

  • I am not human

    I am Inhuman

  • disgrace to david bowie

  • Corection a big compliment to bowie I honestley think bowie would love this

  • Keep tha truth to be seen. This expression of one's false self...

  • on a lighter note, that eye patch kitty is adorable

  • Remove it.

It will only cause more reactions about racism and before you know your vid is spammed. :P

  • That was just immature of you...all humans, are well, humans, no different from anyone else..

  • on the contrary, no human is the same as anyone else.

  • Well, I'am.

  • lol..are you a homo sapien?? unless your some foreign species that speaks English and understands our ways, you are a human, and you are the same as everyone else. Just different features, but in science, you are the same as everyone else.

  • What happened to Saul since Amethyst Rockstar? Why do all these great artists seem to run out of talent after their first masterpiece? This ain't slam anymore...

  • This is not spoken word poetry. However, to not see the skill in this song would be hard work for me.

  • great show, thanks! (well, apart from the fact, that me and my friend prefer men with nicely dressed pubic hair...)

  • I dig the sample of Public Enemy's "Welcome to the Terrordome."

Unfortunately I wonder if the youths even know that this is a PE sample.

Furthermore, I wonder if they even know about Saul Williams.

Too many youths (namely those in the millenial generation) go for the quick satisfaction, rather than the artistic albums that reward patience, thought and smarts. I hope they'll put down their Soulja Boy or G-Unit songs and check out Niggy Tardust.

  • I'm 21...I consider myself. I recognized it was PE the first second of this song.

  • this is awesome reading while the song plays

  • I find it hysterical that Jewish people think stealing even a sliver of land is accepable and somehow try to say they do it to protect themselves. Then they politic and wrangle in the US to have the US treat Isreal as Welfare Queen sending more than $350 million a year in cash, plus deep discounts on war machines to slaughter their enemies. This really is the plan of people who are "the man" now isnt it?

  • Have you heard of zionism and Mr Rothschild. The New WORLD Order is killing us all now, but you yourself have never experienced it before so how would no realize what was happening.

    911 was a lie

    man on moon lie

    titanic lie

    77 london tube bombs lie

Its easy to fool a large number of people a big lie rather than a small amount with a little lie. a quote from hitler a 1/4 jewish and funded by american and british bankers

  • Why can't we just realize that we're all the same. We're all human, dammit!!!! We are all members of the human race. Skin color shouldn't matter at all. Why do we insist on discriminating based on such a minuscule thing? Why do we kill our own kind?

  • it's the attitude, stupid.

  • What attitude?

  • the IN YOUR FACE arrogance most African-Americans have. It's not the color of the skin that makes them hated. I know blacks from Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic and they're just like white people. So in the end of the day it's not skin that matters, it's the way you treat people.

  • Oh really? Oh, I'm sure that their skin color had nothing to do with the fact that they were, for many years, not allowed to use the same bathroom as us. Sure, it must've been the way they treated us. Get real. We are just as arrogant as they are, if not more so. And what makes you think I was talking just about African Americans?

  • cuz most of the blacks in America are African-Americans. Many other nationalities were under oppression and slavery and you don't see the same attitude in them. It's just Africans that keep being arrogant and use slavery as an excuse. Just get over it and live with it. You're black, period. Don't act like white people are responsible for all your problems. White people wouldn't call you "nigger" behind your back if you weren't so goddamn cocky and fractious.

  • And again... what makes you think I'm just talking about blacks? Methinks someone is a little bit racist. And what about segregation? That was based purely on skin color. It had nothing to do with attitude.

  • I think what maisterc is trying to get at is...how long will black people keep holding this grudge? Yes, racism happened. Yes, segregation happened. We admit it, we apologized for it, we're not at all proud of it. Can't people just move on and let the past be the past? There's a black man in the White House now. That, more than anything else, should indicate that race is no longer an issue. Can't we just put the past behind us and look to the future together?

  • this album was made for anti racism thats still happening

    on both sides of it

  • racism's dead

  • I think his message is .If you contribute to the problems of the world ,then your the n*gga. He's speaking to both races.

  • Wait, you mean he's using the word "n*gga" in a negative context? A black person, using the N word in a negative context?

(Is hopelessly confused by the multiplicity of meaning inherent in the N word)

  • I think hes using n*gger as a reference to all kinds of racism not only to black ppl :c

  • Sure, but I see on a daily basis people hating on blacks (our main clientele) at the bar I work at, even though we're a hip hip bar. Fucked? Yes, America is, and we need to put this shit on the forefront if we ever want to deal with it. I really cannot stand it sometimes, but I can't say shit because I need to make a living. I hate it.

  • Fuck those niggaz. Fuckin get together and fuck that shit!! nigguh! wtf??

  • Racism is dead, we should put it behind...need to pay attention to the hippies now...damn hippies....

  • I'll help you with hippies...

  • good..someone with a sense of what this world needs..lol

  • you masturbate to uncle sam

  • When exactly did 'we' ever make a formal apology for 'segregation, chattle slavery, the black codes, convict leasing ,ect.('cause I sure as hell missed it.)?

  • 'We' don't need to. I wasn't involved in it, my guess is neither were you. I for one refuse to be held down and 'accused' of being a certain way because of the actions of my ancestors. Shit happens. It's life. Blacks weren't the first to be persecuted, and they wont be the last. Move on.

Great song though, love me some Saul Williams.

  • "Move on."

Money,I moved on a long time ago.I was asking a question,in fact an extremely legitimate one, whether you agree with it or not,as a response to a comment posted here earlier.

I could give a damn about 'caucasion guilt',the truth of the matter is that this country has never made a formal apology

for it's crimes against black people. The reason for this is simple:An apology is regarded,by our public representatives,as being a gateway leading to the hot-button issue of reparations.

  • An apology will do what exactly? Will it bring peoples great great great grandparents back? Will it un-lynch anyone? Nope. Will reparations fix the issues? Will black people be 100% equal and overcome their problems with a check from the government? Nope. We paid the victims of WW2 who were thrown in camps. We gave money to the ACTUAL Japanese people who suffered. Not their ancestors 100 years from now. I just don't think it's going to help, and it's a cop out for cash.

  • I don't think you even want to get into the socio-economic implications of legitimate reparations.Ask the Jews if reparations help them 'fix issues'.I've worked for companies and kept my money in banks that have openly admitted--and apologized--for their roles in chattel slavery.

I don't exactly know when people will wake up and realize that extant US corporations benefitted from slavery, the holocaust, fascism and Aparthied,to say the least.

Most blacks don't care about apologies or reparations

  • I know most don't care. It's a small group who keeps screaming for reparations, but I just don't see how it would solve anything. That's my point, Jews aren't going to forgive the germans if they get cut a check. It doesn't work that way, it's emotional. As a white guy I can't even BEGIN to understand what it feels like to know your people have been oppressed for hundreds of years for no reason. But I can speculate that if I did, no sum of money would make me feel better.

  • Those screaming for reparations have every right to do so,considering the financial legacy of slavery (as well as Nazi internment camps for that matter)stretches to our even our modern times, which is my point:I simply don't see compensation happening and don't base my life around it;if you do you're insane.

As a black man in his early 30's I too will never grasp even a slight understanding of the slave's struggle.

But I certainly take exception with the trite 'get over it' attitude.

  • I don't intend to suggest the whole "get over it" mentality. Slavery was one of histories greatest atrocities. It should be remembered, and I think it would do everyone a bit of good to at least TRY to imagine what it must have been like. You're right though, there are lasting effects, but something like reparations just doesn't seem like the right direction. If we could get some good schools in black neighborhoods on the other hand, we could make more progress as a country. Teach a man to fish.

  • Fair enough.

  • Wouldn't want to give niggers the money to set their own agenda and fix some of their MANY and VARIED problems, including, but not restricted to affordable housing, unemployment, low-wages, exorbitant prices being charged for essentials (and, of course, underperforming schools). The problems in black schools are related to any of the other things (or poverty generally), right? Right.

  • I see your point, but please, don't assume that I'm simply barring people from solving their own problems. I'm just saying, if you cut a check for everyone with a certain skin color, that it wouldn't SOLVE anything in the long run. Let's be honest, if you got cut a check for X amount of money, what would you do with it? Spend it on your family, or save it. If economic stimulus doesn't fix the country, it can't save a people.

  • Besides, despite the fact that blacks are actually LIVING these problems, a bunch of rich white bureaucrats could solve them far better than community based orgs.

  • I'm gonna assume that again, you're being satirical....I agree with you though, rich white bureaucrats shouldn't be the sole deciders in ANYTHING, especially if it's something that they have absolutely no understanding of. I'm white, so while I can't fully comprehend, I grew up in a lower class family, in a neighborhood where I was the minority(which strangely, I liked). I think that gives me at least a little more perspective than a senator.

  • great point

  • Thanks.

  • what a lame ass excuse/justification for your bigotry.

  • Interesting comment from someone who admits to calling blacks nigger behind our backs.

  • that's what i think to myself when i see the horrible stories about the holocaust....there's so much hate and violence in this world.

  • Or maybe it's just our disorganized systems, that give the power and authority to the wrong people.

  • Disorganized, unhealthy, malbalanced systems that are based on pathological ideologies. We must at each step, instead, tanscend and include wisely all we ENcounter!

  • A true artist. incredible.

  • There is a reason for the mandate to switch to digital tv transmission, matrix coming soon.

  • race is the dumbest way of dividing us all. I understand along with your skin color may come a cultural heritage, but besides that its just a phenotype. People gotta realize were in this shit together.

  • "You are all very stupid people and you know nothing"

    -The Black Friar

  • wade sauce you one of a kind im mexican and ur right its just a color i open doors for every one from my race to bigot ass holes notice the ones that dont say thank you when you do nice things.

  • I think many miss the point of the validity of racism. Although it is possible for non-whites to be "racist" within their minds in America, they have little or no power. Being prejudged or not able to go into black neighborhoods is not the same.

How often do white people have to go into an all black neighborhood to go to a bank? To go to work? Have an all black judge and jury?

But also, contempt for dominants is not racism. If blacks have sheer contempt for white society, it's just that.

  • You miss that fact that all liberals, regardless of race and position, are anti white male. So that bank, work and court shit don't fly, guy. Whites get it more from whites than anyone else.

  • All white males don't have the power to discriminate so strongly. Btw, Liberals aren't anti-white male, they are just patronizing to non-whites and females. There's a difference.

I'm not even going down this fallacious road, so go subscribe to your favorite national front publication and memorize their arguments.

  • As a liberal white female, I have to say you may be right - you certainly make a good case for being anti-white male, but don't speak for everyone. You may be a victim, but it is only of your own ignorance. Open your eyes and mind and let some new ideas in; marinate in some fresh possibilities.

  • someone with substance finally.

my names John please to meet ya *shakes hand*

  • My comment was for bukeyestuff by the way.

  • dude... i am a white kid who had to go to a mostly black school. i held a job ware the majority was black. i held another job ware that majority was Hispanic. and i know my bank clerk who happens to be an African American. i have been descriminated agenst by black people, hispanics. and i have been persicuted by other white people for not thinking like a racist.. its a fact that anyone can be a racist. the color of your skin is just that, a color. it has nothing to do with being a good person.

  • It is true that race is not scientific. But one would be foolish to assume (or accept) that the United States is not a nation in which those with majority of the power are white males. Your point is valid, anyone can be discriminatory. I still don't know if the discrimination you face is because people think you are inferior because of the color of your skin.

(btw, there's only 2 "black" banks in the world)

  • i wish there were not a word limit. i fully agree that white males dominate the power positions in America. peoples prejudice agents me is not one of inferiority, but assumption. some minority's assume that white kids have it easy. some kids do. but not all. but its not upsetting me. i can understand why people hate. its easy to hate. its not easy to love. if my parents were not open minded, id prolly have ended up a racist. its just ignorance is all. people just don't know better some times.

  • That's cool. I should be more clear (but the word limit doesn't help) - i never try to demean difficulties of various people by stating that whites are not often the victims of racism from minorities. It's just that minority by definition means lack of power.

Discrimination based on social status, education, income level, etc... are all very real and very damaging. I just feel we do need to separate these things accordingly.

  • stop wasting your time on conspiracy theories...

moon landing was faked by americans to make it look like they weren't behind the russians.

  • the moon tastes like cheese, i went there. :)

  • You know, you don't HAVE to believe EVERY conspiracy theory you hear.

  • You make a real good point, thing is the old age of racism is dead, that being now every colour is able to be enslaved.

Our fathers were eugenic assholes spitting and colonizing our amazing ways (sarcasm), i laugh at modern racists, truly another divide an conquer, so get the fuck off me.

  • Flouride in drinking water and aluminium in the plane chem trails. eugenics are sadly passing murderous themes to their inbred kids.

  • word ben.

  • check out the remix of "break" that i did you can hear it on my myspace or the video is on my youtube account too..

  • check out the remix of "break" that i did on my myspace or the video is on here.

  • Fuck yeah, Saul. My ears are cumming.

  • @bugle25

the irony in your post is very amusing u say he's never been judged by the color of his skin while you do just that.

  • I'm judging him on his comment..

  • From his comment you conclude he is white, meaning you believe that people behave a certain way according to their race, that is racism.

  • No i made no conclusion,he said he was white..and his way of thinking came out in his comment.

  • Nowhere in his comment did he ever say he was white, and again attributing a certain way of thinking to a race is racism.

  • he sent me a message..to my inbox man..

  • saul has been around trent didnt "create" him. this album is the shit, anyone who doesnt agree maybe too busy looking for worms in the sand

  • I have nothing against the listeners. But for those of you who don't know, Trent reznor had a hand in creating another star who likes to pop off at the mouth. And you can say that blaming things on music is ridiculous. But look at some of the things Manson has been blamed for. You simply can't say shit like that to the public and expect everyone to be cool and understand.

  • Agreed.

  • Lol im black and I will say no one has the right ot be racist \. I think people should stop being so fucking judgemental and pointing fingers. goes for white people talking about how black ppl ruin the minds of their children and shit. Shut the fuck up and look at people as people for Christ sakes

  • This song is decent. Saul Williams is the shit, though.

As far as the back and forth below that black people can't be racist...bullshit. Racism is reacting to or treating a person a certain way because of their race. Period.

I'm white. I don't treat people based on their race/color. ANYone who does is racist. If you can't understand that, then you're just ignorant and should probably do a lot more thinking.

  • I think everyone's a little bit racist...

  • Well aside from what its come to lately of always being judge on how were white... its like you act liek all white people get it easy these days

  • Well, I'm "white" and I know what it's like to be judged. I grew up between the ghetto and the barrio, and I certainly know what it's like to be judged based on the color of my skin. I've had bottles thrown at my head, I've been kicked, lying on the floor, by an entire classroom of kids. I've been stared at with pure malice and derision.

Still, none of that has earned my hatred. None of us have time enough in our lifespan to hate anyone.

    No one ever does

  • Dude. you have the audacity to call me a racist. You are one yourself! I admit I'm not 100% politically correct. But it is fact that I don't hate blacks. Only person I hate is our president. If I was such a racist asshole, would I have donated to the Obama campaign twice? Would I have voted for him in the primaries? I speak my mind. What Saul is doing with his music offends me and I'm simply voicing my opinions.

  • by the way that was for BUgle25. Sorry for the confusion!

  • Yes lukax you are entitled to your opinion. I personally like the song. I think that it is representative of the system that we live in. I find it extremely amusing when whites have the 'audacity' to label blacks racist when this country was founded on racism and it was not instituted by blacks. I was once told by an old friend that what whites refer to as 'racism' from blacks is not racism but simply a 'healthy' repsonse to an oppressive society. I tend to agree with my friend.

  • If blacks ran the political, social and financial structure of this country and back in the early days whites were slaves, considered to be subhuman, and only in the last 30 5o 40 years of Amerikkka's 200 year history were you allowed to eat in the same restaurants as us and vote, what would you have to say if a black person came up to you and said "I'm not responsible for what my forefathers did - you should let bygones be bygones...

What would you have to say?

    Be honest with yourself

  • Chillwill: No I'm in no way responsible for what happened here. Yes, it's real what blacks are feeling but even my ancestors have nothing to do with it. They were all in Italy. Although I have experienced the effect that it has. If I hear anyone of any color say something racist I tell them that its wrong. The problem is that most people feel they have the right to fight dirty. What we need is understanding. Not angry music.

  • You make a good point. But what we DON'T need is anger in the first place. But humans get angry and so long as that anger is there music is one of the best ways to dispose of it. Do you think Saul Williams' music torments him or brings him relief. Expressing our anger in an artistic manner is one of the best of human behaviours.

  • Our anger is the only hope against the violation we are exposed to. We just need to learn to use it so that our NO may be understood as a NO and not just be seen as incapability to cope with the world as it is. It should be seen as the negation of a world as it is told it is.

  • Also. just about everything this guy has to say is ethnocentric. How can you say he's not racist? if he were white would that convince you?

  • he can not be racist..rascism is a system put in place to hold down any minority..hence black people can't be racist...by the way didnt i fuck you up for one of Saul's other tracks?..Dude you gotta be White...atleast your thoughts are...and if your skin is black you are an Uncle Tom..Bitchboy!!

  • Racism isn't a "system" of any kind...it's just a display of basic ignorance. Anyone can be racist if they're uneducated and/or smallminded enough to think that race is a barrier. People can always find reasons to hate each other if they're stupid enough to look.

You sound like an ignorant piece of shit, and I'd guess that any intelligent artists you listen to would be sad to have people like you in their audience.

    Good luck with life.

  • Yah okay, so you have a definition from Webster that does not even remotely respond to my post. While you are at it why don't you look up "ethnocentric".

  • I'm sorry mate, i do fucking hate racism too, but u seem to be quite narrow minded and have a major chip on your shoulder my friend. let people have their say (as long as it isn't hurting anybody).

Oh yeah just a quick question for ya who would be the minority in Africa whites or blacks?? surely then blacks can be racist!?

  • BTW that was meant to be a reply to BUGLE25 from a while ago. i think youtube just fucked up abit...sorry guys!

  • Oh okay... so its okay to be racist, as long as you aren't white. That's the gist of what you are saying to me. And no, you made an ass of yourself for another one of Saul's Tracks. Sorry for the delayed post. You see I have to work my ass off for rich guys to get richer. That Is what i believe the "SYSTEM" is.

Look man. I know you'd like to think that I hate saul because he is black. But I happen to be a huge Bob Marley fan. Do you think I mind seeing Ziggy perform amongst black fans? fuck u.

  • I kinda felt bad/guilty after reading the NIN blog update (silly considering I didn't do anything 'wrong' haha), how TR considered this downloading experiment a bit of a failure so I figured I'd put down the $5, even though I've never heard a SW song to be honest. BUT, after hearing a couple, I like what I hear.

  • tbh, 5 dollars (about £2.50) for a 15 track album was worth it. anyone who didn't pay the $5 for the slightly higher bit rate is an utter cretinous douche bag cheapskate.

  • Cosmicrophone Trigger is YOU!

    Genius!

  • Erm, I think you don't understand what is that text exactly about...

  • llukax!

I presume this a clumsy attempt at sarcasm. I REFUSE to believe anyone could be as stupid as you.

If so, may I kindly point out that the gentleman rapping is African-American (and a poet of some note)

  • No sarcasm. Check out his song list of demands (reparations)

He is a racist. And being black does not give him any kind of immunity, you idiot.

  • "He tells us how he is trying to redefine the "N-word" itself—liberating a word synonymous with human oppression by allowing us to fully feel its power, its violence, and its pain. It is an attempt to infuse the profane with the sacred, a Tantric impulse to recognize all of existence as truly not-two, where Spirit can fully embrace even the darkest regions of our soul."

  • Oh thats a load of crap. I'm from Miami. I don't know about you but I've heard and felt that word enough. Yes, I understand his connection with Trigger to the N-Word. But I don't find it tastefully artistic. I find It ignorant. And on top of that Saul is extremely full of himself. To say that he is doing this for the greater good just doesn't convince me. That is my opinion.

  • Yeah, saul is a bit of a poseur. His gushing support for obama is especially embarrassing.

  • agreed.

  • oh come the fuck on.

  • what, i even have 1 gay friend (my only lol) that use the word fag to describe someone who acts like a moron or a bitch.

Just saying to pinpoint someone for being homophobic just cuz they use the word 'gay' or 'fag' today, is lame cuz it's so overly used to describer other things.

  • I keep waiting for Chuck D to holler: "So, Welcome to the Terrordome!"

  • totally agree!

  • The Inevitable Rise And Liberation Of Niggy Tardust is one of the best albums of 2007.

  • GENIUS.

  • This is what I'm talkin' about right here. Love this shit. Great message
