Coming down the blvd was a fresh faced kid with a 38 tucked into his belt buckle, showing off gangster style, no holster

Not only did he risk shooting his balls off, he might of had to face me with his gun in my hand by letting me see it

Later we saw he was a sgt. Should have been kicked out, not promoted

it is a fact that people benefited by being black or hispanic. non-whites have an advantage in the nypd, just sit in front of a bronx grand jury after a lawful shooting as a white man. it is a scene out of the twilight zone. society is over-compensating for all the racism from the 50s and before, and that's where this affirmative action nonsense comes in.........PASS THE TEST! is all i'm saying. i have no problem with women, just those that failed but were rewarded through affirmative racism.

What u said in the video was kinda harsh 2 me ( i'm sure there is a lot of people that took that test white or black that did not pass who is a Sgt) but it sounds like u singled one race out. You have the right 2 say anything about any policy as long as it's true (ima look into that if it true thats crazy). But like I said b4 it will always be blue blood enjoy ur Ret sgt.

i took ridiculous orders for years from 2 quota sergeants,no secret,they admitted failing the test. if someone is not qualified then they shouldn't be promoted for the color of their skin or ethnic background. affirmative action is racism! period. and just because i'm white, doesn't mean i can't call a racist policy, racist. p.s. -i'm no fan of white people, either. plenty of incompetent white people in the world, too. & i passed the psych because i treat people fairly, regardless of skin color.
