wow. i have been on the computer for years and talked too hundreds of people. made dozens of connections with people i consider my best friends. but i have never had the opportunity to meet any of them. too many oceans to cross and hundreds of miles to drive. but this is a wonderful opportunity. embrace it and embrace them. moments like these are the reason the internet exists. a chance to bring the world closer.

Dude, congrats on the internet friendships! I can only hope that something like that will happen for me in the near future.

My mom believes that the internet is entirely fake, and my IRL friends just don't see the appeal, they always make fun of me for being into Youtube and the ning. I know it's because they just don't get it, but it still kind of makes me sad that they probably never will.

If I had my N I would totally drive the 5-6 hours to Kamloops just to give you a hug. =)
