had not played phantom bravve for a very long time until recently when i put it onto my ps3, i never realized how the hell i beat sulphur the first time :p i'm up to him right now, and i can't beleave i forgot this music, it does not feel like i ever heard it before XD its a great song though for a final battle :p

This, along with R&R Junkiee and Endless Parade, are my favorite songs on the Phantom Brave OST. Coincidentally, I've been hearing Endless Parade and this a LOT lately, as Sulphur keeps kicking my ass to kingdom come with his overpowered attacks. Having to destroy those invincibility crystals makes the battle a LOT harder and longer than it already had to be in the first place.

To quote Marona, "One day..." As in, one day, I'll stomp your bony, ugly ass into the ground, Sulphur.

...and that one day has come. Sulphur is definitely one of the harder final bosses I've ever fought, but I beat him just yesterday. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get Shiva from the fight beforehand. I'm pretty sure that awesome sword is gone forever... But whatever.

This song had some great emotion put into it! You can tell Tenpai was really "feeling it" when he made this.

Tenpei is my favorite composer for many reasons. But most of all, because he truly puts what he is feeling into his music. His music is his emotion directly translated into sound, so to speak.

This battle was a pain in the ass! And I was at LV 100 with Ash, he still got many turns and he killed like 2 phantoms per attack.

Sulphur was a pain the first time, but the second time you fight him he's a pushover.

You mean Sulphur-Ex? I still haven't been to that extra map. (Just defeated Mid-Boss)

Yeah. Just make sure that your characters are level 1000+, at least. When I did it, Ash was level 3000 with a Heliotrope on steriods, so that's why he was easy. But when you get to him, there's nothing really different except he's a LOT stronger than before. If you have any troubles, you can let me know, I'm almost a pro. XD

Huh, I see. I'm LV 150 so I got a long way to go. Still Phantom Brave is more about the Power Leveling of Items, oh well xD Oh and BTW, I killed my Heliotrope a long time ago xD

Man, my Heliotrope has over 150K in strength at level 200! I'd love to see it at level 9999. XD

I just wish I when through the time to get Shiva, though. The only thing I don't like about Phantom Brave is that you can't go back over the storyline like you can in Disgaea.

Well, the thing I didn't like about Heliotrope was no title assigment, that's why I transfered The Heliotrope Skill to a Dark Weapon. Yeah, sucks that Phantom Brave lacks New Game +, hopefully the Wii port will have that.

Hahaha, It's mainly because I lacked a PS2, these games kept me from doing that (I would have regretted forever if I did anyway xD). Still, I managed to get my PS2, so all's okay.

Yeah I actually got Shiva and it was sooo Worth the trouble :D That thing is strong as hell.

Also try getting some of the rare weapons at the end of Random Dungeons that have boss fights. Those are also very good and they have some strong and rare attacks on them as well
