Dude I love your vids! I am wanting to get into juicing but am confused, how many times do you need to juice if you are doing a juice fast? Can you just make a big pitcher in the morning and drink it throughout the day?
Here is an article on how poor the quality standards are for Whole Foods Markets. They claim to be on top of the ingredients found in their products, but here is an example of how they continue to sell a product that is harmfull to the environment and not organic at all.
Thank you for asking. I have been juicing, but not as much as I should be. I just bought an Omega Vert. I have to do all the shopping, prep work, clean-up by myself so I opted for that model.
I do not have a lot of health conscious friends here. (I am in the Midwest) I was born and raised in Alaska but currently live here. Not many local farmers have produce w/o pesticides. Oh well, it is a beautiful day!!
Feel free to offer juicing, nutrition or other sugg for extend. life
@dmgcat Hi there, just follow the OUR STORE link that is visible directly beneath the video. It takes you directly to the juicers I recommend, including the one I use in my videos. Enjoy! Thanks, Dan
Why are all these videos 10 mins long? you should start off with what you are juicing, then go into all the philosphy. if people are watching your videos, they likely subscribe to similar philosophy.
Our job is to heal people in the short term, that's why. You'll find that a lot of doctors and nurses use juicers, smoke pot or condone it, and exercise and stretch. A lot of us meditate as well.
People need to take personal responsibility when it comes to health, like this guy.
Yes, I worked with doctors for years. My gynocologist, who is very overweight, asked me what I do to stay slim and healthy. I also had a regular physical a few years ago from another MD, and a few weeks later when I saw her at a summer bbq, she followed me and ate everything I ate, asking me lots of questions (I brought my own raw food "civiche"). Doctors really don't know and it's sad, these are the people most go to when they're sick.
I've an open mind and certainly ask questions of any doctorsI need to consult with. I mean, one has to research everything and everything, especially when it comes to health..
Today I celebrate my 19th year of daily juicing-19 years of freedom from colds, flu's and strep throats!! Losing disease and gaining a positive mental and physical feeling...for the rest of my grateful life.
hey dan love the vids, keep em comin. Ive been phasing my diet into about 80% raw food over the past 6 months and i love it. best of luck up in them hills,
Hey Dan! I watch your videos mostly for the spiritual advice and encouragement. I love your recipes but I think there is something very special about your videos because you always include the encouragement towards spiritual growth and having a healthy mind which is most important!
Not sure how i stumbled on your videos but just wanted to say that i really enjoyed this one, it was very touching and inspirational, i might even try to make one of those juices some day even thought I've never been a big veggie fan :)
also being taught is reliance on man made juicers and electricity to run it.
will they [the kids u mentioned] ever want to eat the wild greens as the creator intended in the correct proportions and format or will they always seek it via proccessing...juice? and deny Gods gifts as they are and give service [that dreaded W word ;) ] to others for juicing machines instead of taking what is GIVEN freely. Dan is delivering medicine for sure, but what else.
If you're juicing with a juicer you are removing fiber and just drinking the nutiants...I have IBS too and juice does'nt bother me but the whole veggie or fruit gives me the most trouble...hope this helps
Have fun climbing your mountain. I must give you and Krista much credit for that AMAZINGLY written info box. Total resource. I learned early to learn the healing properties of specific foods so I eat up info boxes like that. You are using sunchokes! They are wonderful for potassium and like you said - stabilizing blood sugar levels. Celery is a miracle food!!! This drink sounds so good. I have never tried burdock but read about it in the past and recently in Back To Eden. Thanks for the recipe!
Thanks! All the info sections are written by me alone (from the perspective of inside Dan's head, I know, but I like it like that as it makes it easier to write, oddly enough!) This one I wrote super quick, so I automatically thought I might not have done as well, but now I realize it's just as good as the rest, I'm just getting better at writing them more quickly, that's all! I can't tell you how much I've learned by writing them. Actually typing stuff out really makes things stick in my brain!
Hi Dan, always nice to see your updates. Keep going with the natural flow of what you are led to share. Holding expectations can hold back experiences and tidbits that may be beneficial for you and your viewers! It's great that you are being intuitive and thinking about where you want to go with your channel/video topics 0 just go off that, feed off that intuitive energy and thank you for sharing whatever you chose to share. It's obvious that all your videos possess love and passion. No Doubt!
Dan, I really look forward to seeing your nut pate recipe. I just started making a pumkin seed pate and love it. I want you to know I have enjoyed ALL your videos but the one with the drum was a little too strange for me. I don't want to be negative but I appreciate that you want to be more professional. PEACE
Hey Dani.. (and Krista) Cilantro is very very hard to find here, and very expensive.. is there any other substitute to it? Pd: I am trying to introduce my child to raw, and I think I'll begin some of those "child like" raw recipes videos on youtube!! Your vids help a lot they are TOTALLY RAWSOME and motivating!

Many thanks Dan-the-Man!!! This recipe looks delicious! I'm taking this list to Sunflower Farmers Market tomorrow to get a few missing ingredients. I'm looking forward to trying both the Burdock Root and Jerusalem Artichokes.
Great video as always. I slipped up and had very unhealthy food the last few days when I have a bin full of veggies and fruits to juice. You are always an inspiration to keep trying again though. :-)
Let me say one more thing with using names, there is another raw foodist from my neck of the woods down here in San Diego that tends to dope the line about his parents being MD's .Well Brother I come a family of doctors as well, and I'm married to one. Credibility comes within and the people you touch with your wisdom not who your parents are. That having been said I'm still in the mix dealing with lifes battle. NEVER CHANGE DAN we all like just they way you are brother PEACE....
I have hot tea at least 3 times a day, sometimes more! The first thing I have upon rising, the last thing I have before bed. I'll be doing a tea video soon, Krista has been bugging me to do one! :D
Dan, You really are taking it to the next level. Need to forward this to a couple of friends that are now going through the way you were in the past. Wow that cilantro and parsley bunch was huge to watch you put through the hopper...Just a suggestion to maybe do a program on where you purchase your juicing veggies. Also how much you pay a week, and how we can all can easily do this. Thanks Dan!
These green juices are killer! I really wish to go 100% RAW but I'm too naturally skinny that Its not healthy to lose any more weight.........but I'm digging the changes so far from juicing twice a day.
I love your videos

well done, its Amazing but ive noticed Most Nurses and Med drs are totally clueless about Nutrition.
its not their fault they were never taught anything about it except the same old false nonsense that we all learned in a general way.
Tell her to start SLOWLY, and add more and more different combos every few weeks and she will be just fine
Paitence and persistence are a fab combo in any area of life, and definitely this one
