That scene--and that entire movie--is nothing but a piece of dismissible mediocrity compared to The Godfather, The Godfather Part II, Dog Day Afternoon, Serpico, Scarface, or even some later stuff like Heat or Glengary Glen Ross. Devil's Advocate was nothing more than a hammy piece of supernatural nonsense. Kind of fun in a guilty pleasure kind of way, but tagging it as the greatest Pacino line ever, given the company that puts it in, is nothing short of cinematic blasphemy
